They will be able to look at the fresh seat matrix under their Login account, depending on available seats after allotment at first two rounds. A seat allotment with merit position for those seats will also be displayed.

Mock counselling

Mock counselling is held to make the offrs aware of the process and also to prepare and check the process by logging into their own online login id. This process will be complete in two or three days and will NOT be as extensive as the actual counselling. Candidates may or may not take part in the mock counselling. In case mock counselling is missed by the candidate, you may still take part in the actual counselling. However, it is advisable to take part in the process to know your indicative allotment and to understand the process as any error or omission may lead to loss of a PG seat. The choices locked during the mock counselling shall not be used for final counselling and the candidates will have to lock their choices again for the actual counselling.

Actual Counselling

Actual counselling is the process by which the seats are finally allocated to each candidate in case he/she has cleared the examination and is in merit. The candidates will have to login into their login account and select from the choice of subjects that are available. Seats shall be allocated after each round following which the candidates will have to make their choice regarding the subject that has been allotted to him/her. Details of the options and the rounds are enumerated below. This process will be instrumental in final selection of Priority I candidate into the AFMS institution.

All eligible candidates can login into their own online account at any stage and check the process/progress. Candidates should verify their scores before opting for choices in Mock counseling in case of any discrepancy. Rank in your priority will also be available in your login Id.
