We just contacted AIIMS regarding this. They are saying that you should wait for the information brochure to be published in Feb.

Generally the criteria is a minimum percentage aggregate, which in AIIMS case is 60% marks in the case of Aggregate General & OBC and 50% in case of SC/ST candidates in in ENGLISH, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY ; and only passing in individual subjects. So you should be eligible. However you should wait and read the brochure when it is published here in Feb.
