Sale of Application form for National Law University Delhi All India Law Entrance Test (AILET 2014) has started.

Admission to B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes will be through AILET to be conducted at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Tiruchirappalli and Patna on May 4, 2014(Sunday).

Interested candidates may apply along with a Demand Draft of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) for General Candidates, Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) in case of SC/ST and Persons with Disability (PD) drawn in favour of “REGISTRAR, NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY, DELHI”, payable at Delhi along with copies of requisite Caste/Person with Disability Certificate. Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of SC/ST category are exempted from application fee.

The students can also apply online for admission through: http://nludelhi.admissionhelp.com, http://www.nludelhi.ac.in up to April 7, 2014. Offline Applications complete in all respects must be sent in Person or by Speed Post, to the REGISTRAR, NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY, DELHI, Sector – 14, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110078, on or before April 7, 2014. Applications received after the last date shall not be entertained. The University will not be responsible for any postal/courier delay.

NLU Delhi has announced that the date of AILET 2014 exam is 4 May 2014. AILET application form 2014 are available offline as well as online this year. All India Law Entrance Test AILET is conducted to take admission into UG and PG courses in law offered by National Law University (NLU), Delhi. Candidates have to appear in AILET to take admission into undergraduate and postgraduate courses namely integrated BA, LLB, Ph.D and LL.M program.

      Eligibility for LLB
      Qualification: Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or Equivalent Examination with 50% of marks. The candidates appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/April, 2014 can also apply.

      Age: Below 21 years as on 1 July, 2014 (23 years in case of SC/ST candidates).

      Eligibility for LLM
      Qualification: LL.B. or an Equivalent Degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability).

      As you are in last year B.Tech you cannot apply for LLM. However, if you wish to apply for LLB you will be considered as a normal Class 12 pass candidate, subject to age eligibility qualification.

      NLU offers
      B.A.,LL.B. (Hons.)- Five Years Programme; LL.M. (One year) and Ph.D.

      Eligibility is as follows

      B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)- Five Years Programme

      Eligibility: Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or Equivalent Examination with 50% of marks. The candidates appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/April, 2014 can also apply.

      LL.M. (One year)

      Eligibility: LL.M. Degree with 55% marks or its equivalent (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability).
