CUCET 2014 Application Form – Online

Applications have to be submitted online for CUCET 2014. The CUCET 2014 Application Form is given here along with instructions on how to apply. Applications should be submitted ONLINE only; OFFLINE applications will NOT be accepted.

Pre-Requisites for Applying Online 

E-mail ID and Mobile No. :

These should be kept active during the entire admission process. The university may send alerts, important communications etc. regarding entrance test. through the registered email ID. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/ mention email ID to/ or of any other person.

(Please Note: You will require this Login Id and Password to log-in to the online application site and fill up the remaining part of the application form. You must preserve this ID and password for future correspondence.)

Under any circumstances, candidates SHOULD NOT

  1. Share their Login Id and Password and email password with any other person.
  2. Mention email ID of any other person in the application form.

In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create a new e-mail ID before applying online.

Any important intimation concerning CUCET 2014, if and when necessary, will be sent only to the email Id and mobile no. specified in the application form.

CUCET 2014 APPLICATION FORM IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  • Eligibility for all integrated and under-graduate programmes is successful completion of 10+2 or equivalent. Candidates who have appeared for the final examinations are eligible to apply.
  • All candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria thoroughly before applying for the course, because, different universities have different eligibility creteria for similar courses. Hence, students would be themselves responsible if they opt for course for which they are not eligible.
  • A candidate can apply upto 3 different Programmes.
  • Communication will be sent through email and SMS(To receive SMS, please ensure that DND(Do Not Disturb) is not activated on your mobile).

  • Candidates should be ready with latest digital photograph of size between 1 KB – 500 KB while applying. The detailed information about this has been given above in the guidelines to upload photograph & signature.

CUCET 2014 Application Form HOW TO APPLY

  • Applicants are required to fill in the details asked in the form carefully without making any spelling mistake. On submission of online application successfully, applicants can make the payment for their selected programme by online or offline mode of payment.
  • A candidate may fill the form partially and login again to complete it as early as possible. .
  • Candidates will receive SMSs and Email alerts at the time of registration and completing registration.

CUCET 2014 APPLICATION FORM HOW TO PAY

  • There are two modes by which applicants can make the payment: Offline and Online.
  • For online payment; applicants can pay through Netbanking, Credit Card and Debit Card. After making the payment, system will generate a registration slip. It is mandatory for all applicants to take a print out of this registration slip and keep it with them safely.
  • For offline payment, applicant has to click on “Generate Bank Challan”. After clicking, system will generate a SBI challan with auto populated details of applicant. There will be two copies of challan – Applicant’s copy and Bank’s copy. Applicants are supposed to take a print out of this challan. System will also generate a registration slip and it is mandatory for all applicants to take a print out of this registration slip and keep it safe with them.
  • Applicants now will have to visit any SBI branch along with the printout of the challan to make the payment of the amount mentioned on challan.
  • After making the payment in any SBI branch, applicants are supposed to obtain the Applicant’s Copy of the Fee Payment Challan duly received by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & Code Number (b) Transaction ID/Journal No & (c) Date of Deposit filled by the Branch Official. This applicant’s copy of SBI bank challan along with bank seal is a very important document for all the applicants and all the applicants are advised to keep it safely.
  • Candidates will have to download the Hall Ticket on after the date specified from website by entering application number & date of birth. Candidates will be intimated about the same by Email/SMS alerts. Intimation or Hall Ticket will NOT be sent by post.

  • For payment through online/debit/credit card no extra charges are to be paid by the candidates. Hence, students are advised to resolve to online/debit/credit card mode of payment.
  • If a candidate pays the examination fee through Offline Challan mode of SBI, the bank charges of INR 50 will be borne by the candidate.

(STUDENTS BELONGING TO SC/ST & PWD CATEGORES AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF FEE CONCESSION ARE REQUIRED TO PRODUCE THE ORGINIAL CASTE/PWD CERTIFICATE BEFORE UNDERTAKING THE EXAMINATIONS AT THEIR ONLINE/OFFLINE CENTRES).

CUCET 2014 APPLICATION FORM DETAILS TO BE FILLED

Choice of Course:

  • First select the Course(s), you want to apply and note their code numbers given on the website.
  • It is not compulsory to apply for all the 3 choices. You may choose either 1/2/3 courses as per your preference.
  • After finalizing the choice, enter the code of the course in preference 1 if you have chosen one course. Fill in preference 2 or 3 if you have chosen more than one course. It must be noted that in case there is clash of timings of tests for the options chosen, the candidate will have to decide which test to appear for. No refund will be admissible on this account.
  • University code 1, 2 & 3 stands for University preference 1, 2 & 3 for each course. Choose the University of your Choice and enter the code in the relevant box.

1. Name of the Candidate: Write your name as it appears in your Metric/HCS/equivalent board exam.

2. Farther ‘s Name: Write your farther’s name. Please expand the initials. i. e. V.K. Rao should be written as Venmuri Kothanda Rao.

3. Mother’s Name: Write your mother’s name. Please expand the initials. i. e. G.D. Mathur should be written as Ganga Devi Mathur.

4. Date of Birth: It is written in DD/MM/YYYY format. If your date of birth is 8th July, 91, it is written as 08.07.1991.

5. Gender: Write (M) for Male or (F) for Female

6. Category:
Tick SC if you belong Scheduled Class
Tick ST if you belong Scheduled Tribes
Tick an OBC if you belong Other Backward Classes
Tick GEN, if you do not belong to SC/ST/OBC select appropriate category from others, if applicable
Tick box Y (yes) or N (No) if your are PWD (Person With Disability) .

7. Contact Information: Provide your Land Line Number with Subscriber Trunk Dialing (STD) Code and Mobile number. You must give your E mail ID as receipt of your application /other requirement will be communicated only through E mail.

8. Details of Qualifying Examination: Please mention details of the exams passed. If results are awaited write “AWTD” under Colum “Year of passing” (Sl. No. 8). In such a case, give your percentage of marks upto the previous year / semester as the case may be. Give percentage accurate upto second decimal place (e.g. 73.66).

GATE scores are required only for candidates applying for M. Arch / M. Tech Courses. JRF / CSIR scores are required only for candidates applying for Integrated M. Phil/Ph.D. CAT/MAT required if you are applying for MBA. GPAT score is required only for candidates applying for M.Pharm.

9. Address for Communication: Give your full address with Pin Code & State.

10. Indicate Your Examination Centre:

If a candidate selects a programme which is having only offline examination, they should choose only offline test centre code.

If a candidate selects a programme which is having only online examination, they should choose only online test centre code.

If, however, a candidate chooses two programmes, one of which is offline with the other having online examination option (for example MA English and MBA), then they should choose two centres – one each under online & offline. Change of examination centre will not be permitted under any circumstances.

Examination / Application Fee:

Gen/OBC Candidates

  • Rs. 500/-for one program
  • Rs. 600/-for two programs
  • Rs. 700 for three programs

SC/ST/PWD Candidates

  • Rs. 250/-for one program
  • Rs. 300/-for two programs
  • Rs. 350/-for three programs

Details of Fee payment:

(a) Fee paid through Bank of India: Downloaded the challan from the website.

  • Amount : Write the amount paid. Amount to be deposited in the A/c of CUCET as per the details given in the Table.
  • Date : Write the amount paid date
  • Transaction No : If you have made the payment through any branch of Bank of India (BOI) than write the number here.
  • Branch Name : Write the name of the branch in which you paid the money.
  • Branch Code : Write the branch code (ascertain it from the Bank)

(b) If you paid the fee in any other Bank other than Bank of India (BOI)

  • Amount : Write the amount paid. Amount to be deposited in the A/c of CUCET as per the details given in the Table.
  • UTR NO. : The bank will give you a Unique Transaction Reference NO. (UTR). Write this number in this column.
  • Bank Name : Write the name of the Bank
  • Branch Name : Write the name of the branch in which you paid the money.
  • Branch Code : Write the branch code (ascertain in from the Bank)

Fee can be paid through – Debit Card, Credit Card or Internet Banking or through bank where you/your parents have an account.

Cash can be deposited: in CUCET Account in any of the branch of Bank of India all over the India without any extra payment.
