AP ICET 2015 Application Form – Apply Online and Print Submitted Form

AP ICET 2015 Applications are invited for appearing at the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET) for admission into MBA and MCA. courses offered by the Universities in the State of Andhra Pradesh including their affiliated colleges. AP ICET 2015 Application Form should be submitted through online mode only. The AP ICET 2015 Registration Fee for online submission and late fee, if applicable, may be paid at AP Online and also through payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card).

ICET 2015 Application Form is available from 14th March 2015. Online Application Fee is Rs. 250 Only. Last Date for Submit the Application Form without late fees is 13th April 2015.

About application form submission

On successful submission of the online application form, you will immediately receive an SMS on your mobile phone with the Registration number. Further, your “Filled in Online Application form” containing all the details uploaded from database and typed by you along with Registration number and Barcode will be displayed instantly. You have to take a print and keep a copy of this form and preserve it carefully. Use this Registration number for all future correspondence. If you have given your e-mail id., then a copy of the “Filled in Online Application form” will be mailed to your e-mail address.

If candidate Forget Registration Number after submitting AP ICET 2015 Application Form successful, it can be retrieve by simply visiting AP ICET Official Website and clicking Forgot Registration. Candidate need to provide basic information like Date of Birth, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No and SSC Hall Ticket No to retrieve the Registration Number

AP ICET 2015 Application Form Correction

The candidates are highly expected to be extra careful while filling the ONLINE application form. However, some of the fields (excluding Regional Test Centre) in the Filled In Online Application Form can be edited if the candidate write a request letter with relevant proofs addressing CONVENER, APICET-2015 or send an e-mail to [email protected]

While applying for ICET 2015, if the applicant has made any mistake, he/she can avail the “ICET Application Form Correction” facility. In case of any corrections in the “Filled In ICET Application Form”, the candidates are advised to approach the respective office with supporting documents and copy of the “Filled in Application Form”.

Correction of Online Application data already submitted by the candidate will start in 21-04-2015 to 26-04-2015.

Should I upload my photograph and signature?

You need to upload the Photo (size < 30KB) and Signature (size < 15KB) as and when prompted by the system.

If I choose the Payment Gateway option, how do I submit the ONLINE Application form?

Before selecting the Debit / Credit card payment mode for Registration fee, the candidate has to be ready with the required mandatory details. After payment, the ONLINE Application form will appear. Fill in all the mandatory details, read the declaration and SUBMIT.

Do I need to post my application and attachments?

No, Not Necessary

After completing the ONLINE application process and generating printable Application form, will I be able to login again to change my application data?

No, after completing all the steps up to “Filled in Application Form” generation in ONLINE application process, you can only take print of the application form and cannot modify the data.

I did some mistake in filling the details in Online Application, then how to change?

What if I don’t have an Email-id?

Email-id is not a mandatory detail but desirable as you might be intimated regularly important information about AP ICET-2015 from time to time.

What if I don’t have a Mobile number?

Mobile number is a mandatory detail as your Transaction Id., Payment confirmation or any other future correspondence is through the correct Mobile number you enter. Hence, if you don’t have a Mobile number enter the mobile number of your parents / guardian or close relatives / friends whom you can trust.

If I arrive to the APICET-2015 Examination Hall late by 1 minute, will I be allowed to take the exam ?

The candidate aspiring for APICET-2015 examination will NOT BE ALLOWED into the examination hall if he/she is late by 1 minute. Hence, there is no scope for taking the exam. In view of the unwanted situations in the past, the candidates are advised to reach the Test Centre well in advance keeping in view the time required for traveling and traffic conditions.

I have pressed the Back / Refresh / ANY button during the Registration Fee Payment through Debit / Credit Card, will that speed up my payment process?

It is strictly suggested to avoid the operation of Back / Refresh / ANY other buttons during the Registration Fee Payment through Debit / Credit Card, this will not only hamper the whole process but the application submission will be incomplete. Hence, you are advised to have patience during the Online Payment through Bank.

With the help of the AP Online acquired Transaction Id. I have started filling the Online Application Form. Unfortunately, I did not complete the process by clicking the “SUBMIT” button and the “Filled In Online Application Form” was not generated. Can I use the same Transaction Id. again and restart the filling of the Online Application Form?

Yes, candidate can use the same Transaction Id. as long as you do not press the “Submit Application” button in Online Application Form.

Are the Help Line Centres (HLCs) meant for appearing APICET-2015 entrance test ?

No. This information is required for certificate verification at the time of Counselling for admission to professional courses. The schedule will be notified by the competent authority at later date.
