Detailed syllabus for JEE Main 2015

Each year CBSE published the JEE Information Bulletin. The syllabus for JEE Main 2015 will be published in detail in the brochure published by CBSE for JEE 2015. However, for the help of candidates who are preparing for the engineering entrance exam, we have compiled the syllabus as per previous year information brochure. The syllabus is expected to remain same as last year.

JEE (Main) Syllabus 2015 contains important topics covered in most of the central boards such as CBSE, ICSE and state boards. Topics taught in classes class 11th and 12th are all included. It is important to note here, that candidate must study both classes (XI and XII) PCM to score well in JEE Mains examination.

JEE (Main + Advanced) syllabus

The syllabus for JEE exam conducted by IITs is similar to the Mains syllabus. There are no extra topics as such, however the distribution in paper pattern is slightly different. To prepare for JEE (Main + Advanced), candidates can refer to the syllabus given here.  They must have a strong hold on the basics and practice as much as possible to master each subject. Questions in mathematics, and physics are mostly calculation based. Apart from NCERT books, it is important to solve previous year JEE Papers to understand the paper pattern and syllabus.
