University of Lucknow invites application for UG Admission 2015 for various Courses. Application Form is online of for all courses. Information regarding courses, number of seats, reservation policy & fee structure etc. are given below for the academic year 2015-16.

Important Instruction for filling Online Form

  • Click the link given above for Login or  in www.lkouniv.ac.in.
  • Read the information brochure carefully for knowing number of seats, eligibility in a course and its fee structure.
  • Click the link given for payment of registration/ application fee.
  • There are 11 course categories under which a candidate can apply.
  • For applying to more than one course category, a candidate has to register afresh (candidate has to apply separately for each course e.g. B.A., B.Sc. (Bio), B.Sc. (Math), B.Com. etc.).
  • Please note Application Fee is Rs. 600/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 300/- for SC and ST candidates. Your form will be rejected if you are applying for OBC/SC/ST reservation and don’t have valid caste certificate issued by an appropriate authority of Govt. of UP.
  • The candidates are required to enter certificate number and date of issuance with great care as these certificates would be verified from the website of Board of Revenue, Government of Uttar Pradesh. In case of Failure of Verification – Form will be Rejected.
  • After one working day from the date of payment of registration fee, again login on www.luadmission.nic.in for filling admission form.
  • You will open your form by putting in your basic details including the Registration Number generated during registration.
  • Fill the details as asked in application form.
  • You are also required to upload:
    A. Photograph ( max 40 kb jpg)
    B. Signature ( max 20 kb jpg)
    C. Mark sheet of qualifying exam ( max 200 kb jpg)
  • Your merit will be decided on the basis of your total marks of all papers/ subjects obtained in qualifying examination.
  • Give preferences of subject combinations within the course, if you are interested in any self financing course, give its preference too. Your candidature is only considered for an option of our given preference only.
  • Candidates applying for B.A. programme, have to give preference as per instructions to the subjects. A candidate will get subjects of his/her preference if seats are available in that
  • subject at his/her merit rank.
  • After filling of the complete application form candidates are required to lock their form and take print out of the submission receipt. Once form is locked no changes are possible.
  • If a candidate does not lock his form till the last date of submission, his form will not be considered and will be rejected.
  • Complete merit list and list of selected candidates will be displayed after the closing date of submission of forms, as specified on www.lkouniv.ac.in. Selected candidates will be required to print their allotment letter and to submit admission fee till the notified date to confirm their admission In case of failure of submission of admission fee till the notified date – Allotment will be cancelled.
  • All the grievances will be redressed by Admission Committee after the end of the admission process.

Eligibility for Admission 2015 in Undergraduate Courses

  • BA (Honours) English & BA (Honours) Public Policy
    Intermediate or equivalent examination For General and Other Backward Classes candidates must secure atleast 40%* of marks and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes the minimum number of marks obtained should be 33%.* For B.A.( Honors) English, the candidate must have English as one of the subject in Intermediate or equivalent examination
  • B A (All Subjects)
    Intermediate or equivalent examination For General and Other Backward Classes candidates must secure atleast 40%* of marks and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes the minimum number of marks obtained should be 33%.*
  • BA in Social Work, Police Science and Rural Development & Bachelor in Public
    Health Intermediate or equivalent examination For General and Other Backward Classes candidates must secure atleast 40%* of marks and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes the minimum number of marks obtained should be 33%.*
  • Shastri (Dept. of Sanskrit)
    Passed Intermediate or equivalent examination with Sanskrit as one of the subjects. For General and Other Backward Classes candidates must secure atleast 40%* of marks and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes the minimum number of marks obtained should be 33%.*
  • BSc. ( BSc. Bio group)
    Intermediate Science (with Biology group) or equivalent examination. For General and Other Backward Classes candidates must secure at least 40%* of marks and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes minimum number of marks obtained should be 33%.*
  • BSc. (Maths group)
    Intermediate Science (with Mathematics group) or equivalent examination. For General and Other Backward Classes candidates must secure at least 40%* of marks and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes minimum number of marks obtained should be 33%.*
  • B.Com.
    Intermediate or equivalent examination with commerce or Intermediate with economics or mathematics as one of the subjects of study. For General and Other Backward Classes candidates must secure atleast 40%* of marks and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes minimum number of marks obtained should be 33%*.
  • LLB Honours (Five Year)
    Intermediate or equivalent examination For General and Other Backward Classes candidates must secure atleast 45%* of marks and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes minimum number of marks obtained should be 40%*.
  • Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM)
    Intermediate or equivalent examination (General and Other Backward Classes candidates must secure at least 40%* of marks and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes minimum number of marks obtained should be 33%*).
  • Diploma in International Airline Ticketing & Computer Reservation Systems / Diploma in Food Production
    Intermediate or equivalent examination
  • Bachelor of Visual Art (Sculpture) / Bachelor of Visual Art / Bachelor of Visual Art (Textile Design)
    Passed Intermediate or equivalent examination. Maximum age of candidates should not be more than 21 years on 31st July 2015.
  • Diploma in Art Master Training
    Passed High School or Intermediate or equivalent examination with Art as a Subject. Maximum age of candidates should not be more than 22 years on 31st July, 2015
  • Diploma in Home Art & Home Craft (Only for Girls) / Diploma in Furniture Design & Interior Decoration / Diploma in Iron & Heavy Metal Work / Diploma in Wood Work 
    Passed High School examination. Maximum age of candidates should not be more than 20 years on 31st July, 2015.
  • Certificate in Clay Modeling
    Passed Class VIII. Maximum age of candidates should not be more than 21 years on 31st July 2015

Note:-

  • Candidate has to bring pencils and Drawing Board.
  • Result will be declared on 19th June, 2015 on Lucknow University Website & College Notice Board.
  • Candidates applying for the courses in the Faculty of Fine Arts have to report to the college of fine arts, university of Lucknow with a print out of their application form and all other eligibility documents (mark sheets, caste certificate, income certificate) at least 30 minutes before the start of the examination time.
