- Rs 150 for Male candidates,
Payment can be made through ATM cum DEBIT/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ AXIS Bank e-challan only through Internet by logging on to website: www.diplomaadmissionodisha.nic.in.

Click on “APPLY” tab available at the bottom of the NEW CANDIDATE REGISTRATION TAB, you will find the next page containing the instructions for filling the online application form. The Candidate is advised to read the instructions carefully and click the tab at the bottom “CLICK HERE TO PROCEED”.
Step 1: Registration
- Candidate‟s Name ( As in HSC/10th standard)
- Father‟s / Legal guardian Name (As in HSC/10th standard)
- Date of Birth – Enter Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY format) as per HSC / 10th Standard Certificate
- Choose Category
- Choose Sub Category
- Choose “YES” if eligible for TFW (Tuition Fee Waiver) Scheme

- Choose any one Course
- 01 – Diploma in Engineering Only
- 02 – Diploma in Non-Engineering Only
- 03 – Diploma in Engineering (Lateral only)
- 04 – Both Diploma in Engineering and Diploma in Non-Engineering
- 05 – Both Diploma in Engineering and Diploma in Engineering (Lateral)
- 06 – Diploma in Film & TV Courses Only
- 07 – Both Diploma in Engineering and Diploma in Film & TV Courses
- 08 – Diploma in Engineering (Part Time Programme only)
Qualifying Exam: Select Qualifying Examination. Depending on the course chosen, more than one option may be selected as per eligibility.
- Enter Complete Address
- Enter Phone Number (including STD code)
- Enter Mobile Number (10 digit only)
Enter Security Pin Shown in Green Color.
Submit the application by clicking “Submit” option available or click Reset to fill up the data again.
After submit option is clicked, data entered by the candidate will be displayed for review. If the data is correct, then click I agree check box and Final submit Tab. If the data is incorrect then click Edit application Form tab to re-enter the corrected data. After clicking the Final Submit Tab, the application Form Number will be generated showing the following message.
You have successfully completed Step 1 of Online Application Form for Diploma Admission 2016. Please note down this Application Form Number. This Application Number will be needed in future communication, Upload scanned Images by clicking the link ‘Upload Images’
Step 2 : Upload Images
Upload scanned image of recent colour photograph of the applicant (100KB size).
Upload scanned image of Full Signature of the applicant (30KB size).
Step 3 : Fee Payments
After completion of Step 2 i.e. Upload Images, proceed to Step 3 i.e. Fee Payment.
You will find payment options of ATM-cum- Debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking of the banks available in the portal & e- challan of any branch of Axis Bank.
Once the payment is confirmed, all steps required for submission of application is completed. The candidate can take print out of the application form. Any application which is incomplete i.e. all three steps are not completed will be rejected and they cannot take part in counseling process. Any discrepancy in fee payment may be intimated to Central Control Room (CCR), BOSE, Cuttack.
Applications complete in all respects will be displayed for confirmation. The candidate can download his/her Application Form by clicking “Confirm Application Form” option.
