AEEE 2020 Counselling – The schedule for the counselling of AEEE 2020 will be announced. Candidates will also be able to download AEEE 2020 Counselling call letters. Amrita University has called top 20,000 rank holders for seat allocation. The call letter of the Amrita B.Tech counselling will be released here. Through it, all the details about the counselling venue and more will be announced. Counselling involves Registration for counselling by paying counselling charges, academic preference submissions, Allotment of Seat, Acceptance of Seat Offered, Payment of Fees and Verification of Documents. AEEE 2020 Counselling
After the candidates have cleared AEEE 2020 exam they will be able to take part in the counselling process. Candidates are offered admission to an academic programme based on their academic preferences and based on All India Ranks of JEE (Mains) – 2020 or based on the rank secured in AEEE 2020, as preferred by the candidate, through a common Seat Allocation Process for all the five engineering campuses.

AEEE 2020 Counselling Procedure
Candidates rank as well as counselling call letter will not be sent by post. They are advised to check the University website during the first week of May.
Before attending the counselling, the candidate shall ascertain his/her eligibility for admission with respect to age and Plus Two marks. The seat allotment is based on rank in AEEE-2020 and eligibility.
It is mandatory for all candidates seeking admission to attend the counselling, as per the notified schedule is given on the University website.
A certain percentage of seats in each campus will be earmarked for the candidates who passed 12th class from the respective states in which the University Campus is located. In order to ensure admission to candidates from all states, the maximum intake from any state will be suitably restricted. State from where the candidate studied and passed Plus Two / Higher Secondary will be the criterion for allotment of the state-based quota of seats and scholarships.
Candidate must be physically present for counselling. Parent / Guardian shall accompany the candidate.
At the time of Counselling, candidates shall produce originals of the following:
- 10th class certificate to prove Date of Birth
- Marks statement of class XII to prove eligibility regarding marks
- Hall tickets of class XII Examination & Amrita Entrance Examination – Engg. 2020
- Transfer Certificate from the school last attended to prove the ‘State’ where he/she studied Plus Two
- Community certificate in case of SC / ST
- Other testimonials as specified in the call letter
If the original certificates are not produced by a candidate, he/ she will not be permitted to attend the counselling.
When a candidate accepts the seat allotment, his / her original certificates will be retained by the University, unless otherwise decided by competent authority.
Before seat allotment, each candidate has to pay Rs. 50,000/- by demand draft as part of tuition fees. Candidates are required to pay the balance fees and complete all other formalities within the time limit prescribed in the Seat Allotment Order. Request for extension of time for payment of fees will not be entertained. If a candidate fails to remit the fees on or before the stipulated date his / her seat allotment will get automatically canceled without any notice.
The candidate shall attend the counselling in the neat formal dress.
Attending Counselling does not guarantee admission to the B.Tech. programme. Candidates are advised to note the seat availability from our website before coming to attend the counselling.
