AGRICET 2020 Result
The merit list of the candidates is displayed on the University website, ngrau.ac.in/angrau after the successful conduction of exam. Candidates who qualified the exam shall be informed about the counseling date an venue by post or through the University website, angrau.ac.in/angrau.
For the preparation of merit list, in case of more than one student secured the same combined score obtained, the tie shall be resolved to decide the relative ranking by successively considering the following.
- The total marks secured by the candidates in AGRICET 2020 exam.
- The percentage of aggregate marks secured in the qualifying examination.
- SSC Overall Grade Point.
- If the tie still persists the date of birth of the concerned candidates, then the older will be given preference over the younger.

AGRICET 2020 Exam Pattern
Before starting the preparation of AGRICET 2020, candidates must know the exam pattern. Through the exam pattern, candidates get the answer to the questions such as “what is the duration of AGRICET”, “what is the mode of exam”, “how many question arrise in AGRICET”, and so on.
- Duration of exam: AGRICET is a 2-hour examination.
- Mode of exam: The examination is conducted in a Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

- Number of questions: There are a total number of 100 questions asked in AGRICET.

Tip 1: Starting from the exam pattern of AGRICET 2020 to the marking scheme and syllabus, candidates must know each and every detail about the exam before starting the preparation.

AGRICET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
It is suggested to check the eligibility criteria from the below-mentioned points before applying for AGRICET 2020.
- Qualification: Candidate must have qualified two (2) year diploma degree in Agriculture/Seed Technology from ANGRAU/PJTSAU. Those candidates who are pursuing the diploma degree and are going to complete it in the 2019-2020 academic session are also eligible to apply for AGRICET 2020.
- Age: Candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on December 31, 2019. The upper age limit is 22 years for general categor, 25 years for SC/ST category candidates and 27 Years for Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates.
AGRICET 2020 Application Form
Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University releases the AGRICET 2020 Application Form on the University website. It is necessary that candidate fill and submit the application form before the specified deadline. The candidate must ensure the eligibility criteria very carefully and also read the instructions provided on the official website before filling out the Application Form. Candidates must fill all the necessary details like name, address, qualification, etc. After that upload the documents and pay the application fee.
Application Fee: The candidates may apply for admission in prescribed proforma with fee for Rs.500/-(Rupees five hundred only) for General Candidates and Rs.250/- (Rupees Two hundred and fifty only) for SC, ST & PH candidates. The payment should be made online.
With Late Fee: The candidates may also submit their Applications with late fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) for General Candidates and Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) for SC, ST& PH candidates through online payment
Note: Once the fee is paid, it is advisable that you should take print out of application fee receipt for the future reference.

- Diploma Certificate / Course Completion Certificate.
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/BC candidates issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer.

- PH, NCC, Sports and Defense, etc. Certificates issued by the concerned authorities.
- Study or Residence or relevant Certificates for proof of local status (last 7 years)
AGRICET 2020 Reservation
The reservation criteria is followed as per the rules stated by Andhra Pradesh Government. The seats are reserved in the ratio of 85:15 which means –
- 85% seats are reserved for the local candidates.
- 15% seats are reserved for unreserved candidates.

AGRICET 2020 Admit Card
Candidates who submitted the AGRICET 2020 application form on time along with the important documents and application fee can download the AGRICET 2020 hall ticket. The admit card can be obtained from the official website. To download it, candidate has to log in using their registration number, mobile number, date of birth and payment reference ID. Candidates have to carry the hall ticket to the examination centre.

AGRICET 2020 Qualifying Marks
The qualifying percentage of marks for the AGRICET 2020 is 25% of the maximum marks considered for ranking. However, the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe has no minimum qualifying mark. But their admission will be done on the basis of seats reserved for such categories.
