AIBE 14 2019 Latest Notification on February 06, 2020
Notification No: AIBE/WS/156 (Feb 06, 2020) regarding revision of result
This is to notify that Question No. 64 (Set-A), Question No. 94 (Set-B), Question No. 58 (Set-C) and Question No. 79 (Set-D) mentioned below has been deleted in the view of the objections raised which stands justified. The result for AIBE-XIV will be revised for General/OBC as per 40% i.e. 36 marks (36.4) out of 91 instead of 92 and for SC/ST as per 35% i.e. 31 marks (31.8) out of 91 instead of 92. The candidates are requested to kindly wait until the revision of the result.

“This is to notify that all the candidates falling under the category of missing/mismatch set-code, also, show-caused to furnish an explanation for the same stand disqualified for AIBE-XIV held on September 15, 2019.”
AIBE 14 2019 Result Rechecking
The process for re-evaluation of result has been started for the candidates who have not cleared the AIBE 14 exam and want their result to be re-evaluated. Canddidates can raise the request for re-evaluation either through online mode on the official site or through offline mode by filling the form which can be downloaded from the link given above. While raising the request for re-checking of result candidates need to pay the required amount of application fee, failure of which may lead to rejection of the request for rechecking. Fee details are mentioned in the section below:

Instructions for Re-checking
Candidates who want to apply for rechecking must have to follow some instructions while applyingf for the same. A List of instructions to be followed is provided here.
- Candidates will be informed about the result of the rechecking of their answer sheet within 7 working days after the request for rechecking if received.
- Candidates who want to check their answer sheets on their own need to book the slot for the same and have to visit the Bar Council office as per schedule is given by the Bar council after receiving the application for rechecking.
- No candidate will get the Xerox of the Answer sheet or answer key under any circumstances.
- Candidates who are applying in offline mode need to send the completely filled application form alongwith demand draft of Rs. 200/- in favor of the Bar Council of India payable at New Delhi.
- Any rechecking request with a demand draft having a date after Dec 15, 2019, will not be entertained.
Note: Only candidates who have received their results as “FAIL” are eligible for the rechecking process.

How to Check AIBE Result 2019 if Forgot Password?
The result of ABIE 14 exam result is going to be available at the official website. To obtain this candidates must need their registration ID and Password used at the time of application form. However, if they forget that they can check the step given below to retrieve it:

The result for AIBE 2019 exam is prepared on the basis of number of correct and incorrect answers given by the candidate in the entrance exam. AIBE 2019 Exam Analysis
AIBE 2019 exam concluded on September 15, 2019 in a single shift of 03 hours duration. It is a pen-paper based test which carried 100 number of questions from 19 subjects. Given below is the exam analysis for AIBE 14 2019 exam from below:
- Major subjects covered in AIBE 14 were from Bare Acts – Constitutional Law, IPR, International Law, Torts, Jurisprudence etc; Case Laws questions; Landmark Judgements; Recent and Old Judgements by Supreme Court of India.
- The questions asked in the AIBE 14 entrance exam were categorized as Direct case laws and landmark judgement questions in which candidates had to recall the facts from the cases to attempt these questions. Then another is Books based questions in which candidates had to find the questions directly from the books and lastly there was Legal work-related reasoning questions in which the examinees had to apply their learning in the legal domain.
- As per a student review, AIBE 14 question paper was a bit confusing as many questions were based on landmark judgements which were a bit difficult to solve.

About All India Bar Examination (AIBE)
The objective of All India Bar Examination is to check the ability of an advocate to practice the profession of law in india. The AIBE asses skills at a basic level and is intended to set a bech mark for admission to the practise of law. It acknowledged a candidates analytical abilities and understanding basic knowledge of law. After passing the examination cadidates is awaded a “Certificate of Practise”. AIBE is conducted in 40 cities under 11 languages by the Bar Council of India. The Bar Council of India (BCI) was formed in the year 1961 under the section 4 of advocates Act 1961. The council consists of members elected from each state bar council, and the Attorney General of India and the Solicitor General of India who are ex officio members. Eligible persons having a recognised law degree are admitted as advocates in the state bar Councils. The Bar Council of India resolved to conduct an All India Bar Examination that tests an advocate’s ability to practice law since April 10, 2010.
