AIBE 2020 – Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the admit card for AIBE 2020 (XV). The SOP is being issued to conduct the All India Bar Examination on January 24, 2021. Candidates can download admit cards online from the official website, which is aibe15.allindiabarexamination.com. AIBE 15 is held as an open book examination which entitles the candidates to bring along their books and study material at the exam center. In this exam, candidates are asked questions of the Bachelors of Law (LLB) level. On qualifying the exam, candidates get a Certificate of Practice (COP) from the bar council of India and they become eligible to practice law in India. AIBE 2020 (XV) Addition Centre Change
Attention candidates who were present and absent at cancelled centers of AIBE-XIV willing to appear for AIBE-XV!!!
The candidates who were not able to appear for AIBE XIV on September 15, 2019 due to cancellation of centers and want to appear for AIBE-XV, please read below:
Case 1: Candidates who had filled application forms for AIBE XIV, but did not appear for AIBE-XIV at the cancelled centers, have to apply as fresh candidates for AIBE – XV and pay the application fee too. (List of such candidates)
Case 2: Candidates who had filled application forms for AIBE XIV, and had also appeared for AIBE-XIV at the cancelled centers, do not need to apply for AIBE – XV and pay the application fee. They can directly download their admit card for AIBE XV, as per the schedule on this page. (List of such candidates)

AIBE 2020 Application Form
Applications for AIBE 2020 is invited by The Bar Council of India. Candidates who want to apply for AIBE have to submit their application form with all the required documents and fill incomplete details. Before the candidates apply for AIBE 2020, they must check if they match the eligibility requirements or not.
AIBE is applicable only for enrolled advocates. Students have to enter their personal and academic details in the application form. The application form can be submitted only with the payment of the application fee. The details of the application process is as follows:

Application Form Fee: Applicants are require to pay the following given application fee.
- Rs 3560/- for General Category
- Rs 2560/- SC/ST Category

NOTE: Candidates are not required to send the hard copy of application form or other documents in Bar Council of India.
AIBE 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can appear for AIBE if they match the below eligibility criteria. The below eligibility criteria have been set by the Bar Council of India itself. Candidates should note that the below eligibility criteria are the same for every category candidates.
Education qualification: Candidates need to have a graduation degree of 3 years or 5 year LLB program from a recognized.
Enrollment with Bar Council: Candidates also need to have enrolled themselves with the state bar council.
Attempts: Any advocate who have graduated after July 10, 2010, can appear for AIBE as many times they need to clear the exam.

AIBE 2020 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern for AIBE 2020 exam will be helpful for preparation purposes. Knowing the exam pattern makes the students aware of the AIBE 2020 exam in advance and they can prepare for the same.

AIBE 2020 Admit Card
The Bar Council of India issues the AIBE admit card 2020 online. The admit card can be obtained from the official website of the Bar Council of India. The students have to download the admit card by their login. Test-takers must carry the admit card to the examination hall. No entry shall be allowed without valid admit card and identity proof. Candidates are advised to check all the details mentioned in the AIBE 2020 admit card like candidates name, roll number, enrollment number, examination day an time etc, before appearing in the examination.

AIBE 2020 Answer Key
The Bar Council of India publishes the Answer key for AIBE 2020 on the official website. Answer keys are released for the test takers to check the scores in the AIBE exam. The answer key for AIBE 2020 will be provided shortly after the examination in PDF format. Using AIBE answer key 2020 and marking sheme candidates can calculate their probable scores. Candidates can also raise objections if not satisfied with the answers provided in the AIBE 2020 answer key.
Raising objections: The candidates having any objections in the answer key can raise an objection on the questions. To submit the objections, candidates have to Email their objections to The concerned authorities within the next 10 working days after no claim will be entertained whatsoever, and results will be declared based on the final answer keys uploaded.
AIBE 2020 Result
The result for AIBE 2020 is declared on the official website of the Bar Council of India. The candidates who appear for the exam can check their result through the official website. On the basis of the result of AIBE, the students will get to know their marks and their status. Candidates not satisfied with the result have a facility to check their result on their own. However, their result can only be checked after proper form filling and doing all the formalities. In no case, candidates will be allowed to take along the answer sheet or the photocopy of the same.
AIBE 2020 Cut Off
