AIEEA UG 2019 Seats & Reservations: All India Entrance Examination (AIEEA) is conducted to give admission to students in the Agricultural Undergraduate Programmes. It reserves 15% (100% of the seatsat NDRI, RLB CAU Jhansi & Dr. RP CAU Pusa) of the seats for Bachelor’s Programmes and award of National Talent Scholarships in Agriculture and Allied Sciences subjects (other than Vetirenary Sciences) in accredited Agricultural Universities. However, keeping the record of previous year’s data 40% of the candidates from any one state will be admitted to any Agricultural Subject / University. Candidates will have to appear in the AIEEA UG 2019 Examination to take admission into various courses and in their respective universities. The most important thing after giving the examination is the availability of seats into the courses.

AIEEA UG 2019 Seats & Reservations
There are different criteria set by the conducting body to take admission in different courses of various universities. The candidates will be granted admission into 10 Bachelor Programmes in the subjects namely Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Fisheries, Community Science (erstwhile Home Science), Sericulture, Biotechnology, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Technology. Candidates can look at the table given below have a rough idea of the total number of seats available in different courses. However, this data is based on last year’s trend which is bound to change as per the rules and regulations of conducting body.

- Candidates belonging to OBC (NCL) category, reservation will only given at NDRI, Karnal, Nagaland University SASARD, Medziphema, BHU, CAUs, as per Govt. of India directives.
- 5% of the seats will be reserved for Physically Challenged Candidates (PC) who have 40% of disability and found suitable by the university officials. Candidates applying under this category will have to submit a copy of certificate about being handicapped from Govt. Hospital / Medical Board at the time of admission in the allotted university.
- Candidates who willbe taking admission under SC / ST category will have to submit the certificate for the same at the verification time.
- Also, the seats are interchangeable i.e., if sufficient number of candidates are not available to fill up seats for ST candidates, then those seats can be filled by SC candiates and vice- versa in a given subject as per merit-rank in the examination.
Reservation for Under Privileged States / UTs (UPS)
UPS candidates will have to produce domicile certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of admission. There will not be any separate State quota within this quota. 2% of the seats will be reserved for the candidates belonging to these states / Union Territories (UTs):

- Daman & Diu
- Dadar & Nagar Haveli
- Dadra & Nagar Haveli
Admission according to the seats available in AIEEA UG 2019 Courses
Candidates must note that they are not required to give any option for admission in any Agricultural subjects / University at the time of filling the Application Form. The admission will be done on the basis of online counselling keeping in mind the choice made by the qualified candidate during the online counseling process and as per the seat availability according to his / her merit – rank under the prescribed 10 Bachelor Programmes as per their eligibility.

The ICAR quota seats if remains vacant after the round of online counselling it will be automatically be avaiable for the filling up process to the Agricultural University. These seats then will not be called as ICAR seats and will not be treated as university seats. Once the admission process is over, ICAR will not be responsible for filling up the vacant seats under any circumstances.
The candidate who will be allotted seat through online counselling in a Agricultural University through ICAR examination will have to report to the concerned Agricultural University.
