AIIMS MBBS 2020 Counselling – AIIMS MBBS 2020 Counselling by the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) will take place on the scheduled dates given below. The counselling process for MBBS courses and important documents can be checked here and for further information applicants can visit the site aiimsexams.org. Counselling process will take place online mode with the submission of demand draft document(if chosen option) to the AIIMS centre. Seats will be allotted according to the merit list formed on the basis of ranks and scores attained by the applicants in the entrance exam. Counselling takes place before the new session starts.

AIIMS MBBS 2020 Counselling Process
The applicants who have been allotted the seat during the round of counselling should follow the steps given below.
Steps for counselling process
Step 1 : Visit the Online Counselling Portal.
Step 2 : Choose one of the options from the procedure of counselling.
Step 3 : Read the instructions for each option.
Step 4 : Carry all the important documents before going to participate in the counselling process.
Procedure of Counselling – Before the start of the counselling process the applicants should open the Online Counselling portal and select one of the options from the following on the scheduled date and time.
Option 1 : If the applicant accept the seat allotted to him or her in the 1st round of counselling and are not willing to attend 2nd and 3rd rounds of counselling then select option 1.
Option 2 : If the applicant accept the alloted seat in 1st round of counselling and will attend 2nd round of counselling then select option 2.
Option 3 : If the applicant refuses to accept the seat as well as do not want to attend the 2nd and 3rd round of counselling then he or she should select option 3.
Option 4 : If the applicant refuses the alloted seat and willing to participate in the 2nd round of counselling then he or she should select option 4.
Note – Applicants who are unable to select any one of the options above then he or she may not be able to attend 2nd and third rounds of counselling
For 2nd round of counselling
The students who didn’t take part in the 2nd round of counselling will not be able to take part in the 3rd round of counselling. There will be three options for students during counselling process which are :
Option 1 : Applicant will be accept the alloted seat and will not take part in further rounds.
Option 2 : Applicant accepted the allotted seat and willing to participate in the 3rd round.
Option 3 : Applicant refused the seat and don’t want to take part in next round.
For 3rd round of counselling
For 3rd round the order of seat allocation will be according to the merit order for the second round.
AIIMS MBBS Counselling Letter
After registering and login to the applicants account the applicants have to book the seats. After selection of the seats a counselling call letter will be provided in the login account. Applicants should download the counselling call letter and take a print out of it. Counselling letter should bring at the time counselling by the applicants with other documents which are required for verification.

The original documents or photocopy with demand draft given below should be carried by the applicants at the time of counselling.

- Slip of registration
- Admit card
- Certificate of passing 12th class from recognised board.(self attested)
- Certificate of board with date of birth on it.(self attested)
- Marksheet of 12th class (securing more than 60% marks if applicant is from general category. In case of SC/ST, the score should be more than 50% in the subjects of english, physics, chemistry and biology)
- SC/ST certificate in english or hindi language with community mentioned on it (if applicable)
- OBC certificate for central Govt. jobs/for admission in Central Govt. College/Institute (if applicable and not belonging to creamy layer)The sub-caste should should be the same as with the Central List of OBC and same format as of prospectus.
