AIIMS MBBS Entrance Exam is a medical entrance exam open to students all over India. The AIIMS MBBS Entrance Exam is offered as an online computer based test in two shifts per day. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is an autonomous institute operating under Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Overall number of 700 MBBS seats are available in AIIMS New Delhi, and 6 other AIIMS – Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Jodhpur, Patna, Raipur, Rishikesh. This year two new AIIMS in Guntur and Nagpur has introduced.

About AIIMS MBBS Entrance Exam
Along with NEET and JIPMER, AIIMS MBBS is one among India’s three medical entrance exams at the undergraduate level. It is highly competitive, with more than 2 lakh candidates expected to apply.
The admissions to the MBBS course in and AIIMS Delhi and other AIIMS like Institutions will be through the AIIMS MBBS Entrance Examination conducted by AIIMS New Delhi. Candidates desirous of being considered for admission to any of the eight institutions apart from AIIMS New Delhi should indicate their preference in the application itself. However, allotment will be done on the basis of merit-cum-choice of the candidate.

The Course of studies leading to the award of the degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences shall last for a minimum of five and a half academic years including one year’s compulsory internship.
