To apply for AIIMS M.Sc, candidates must fill the basic registration form, generate the code and proceed with the final registration. AIIMS M.Sc. 2020 Application Fee
Candidates have to pay the registration fee amount online at the time of filling the final registration form. The amount of registration fee is the fee for the entrance exam. AIIMS M.Sc application fee once paid is non-refundable. Candidates can check the fee amount from the table mentioned below.

AIIMS M.Sc. 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who are appearing for the AIIMS M.Sc. 2020 must check the eligibility criteria as given below:
Eligibility for M.Sc Nursing
- Qualification: Candidate must have passed B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Certificate)/ Post-Basic / B Sc. Nursing (4years) course from an educational institution recognised by the Indian Nursing Council.
- Marks: Candidate must have passed the qualifying exam with at least 60% marks. 55% marks are the minimum for SC/ST category candidates.
- Others: Candidate must have a registration as Nurse, RN, RM (Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife) with any State Nursing Council.
Eligibility for M.Sc Courses
The candidate must have the following qualification and must have secured 60% marks in it whereas it is 55% for SC/ST category candidates.
Qualification required for M. Sc Medical Anatomy, Medical Biochemistry, Biophysics, Medical Physiology, Medical Pharmacology and Biotechnology is given below:
- Candidates should have 55% marks in MBBS/BDS whereas it is 50% for SC/ ST candidates.
- B.V.Sc.
- B. Pharmacy
- Bachelor of Physio-therapy (4½ year course)
- B.Sc. degree of minimum three years duration in any subject.
The admission requirements for M.Sc. Anatomy, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Physiology, Pharmacology and M. Biotechnology is the same as mentioned above. However, the requirements for Reproductive Biology and Clinical Embryology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Cardiovascular Imaging and Endovascular Technologies is as mentioned below.
- Reproductive Biology and Clinical Embryology – Candidate must have a B.Sc degree in any of the discipline related to Biology or allied to Biology.
- Nuclear Medicine Technology- Candidate must have a B.Sc. degree courses in Nuclear Medicine or B.Sc. degree with Physics /Chemistry /Mathematics or B.Sc. in allied /related subject i.e. Radio Diagnosis /Radiotherapy or B.Sc. in life Sciences with Physics as a subject.
- Cardiovascular Imaging and Endovascular Technologies – Candidate must possess a B.Sc. degree in Radiography from a recognized University.
Eligibility for M.Sc Biotechnology: Admission requirements are same like other M.Sc. Courses along with B. Tech (Biotechnology).

Points to be remebered:
- Candidate’s photograph must be taken in the white background without a border and Photo must clearly show the face, eyes and ears of a candidate.
- The photograph must not be more than 6 months old.
- Candidate should use thick blue/ball pen only for signature and Signature must be done on a white plain sheet.
- Candidate must use blue/black ink pad for the thumb impression.
- Only the left thumb impression is considered valid. and take a good quality black/blue stamp.
How to fill the AIIMS M.Sc. 2020 Application Form?
Application forms for AIIMS M.Sc entrance exam 2020 have been released on the official website i.e. aiimsexams.org. So the registration is complete in two process i.e. Basic Registration and Final Registration. Follow the mentioned below steps in order to fill the AIIMS M.Sc Application Form 2020:
Basic Registration
Step 1: First of all, candidates have to go on the official website i.e. aiimsexams.org or Click on the direct link of the official website given on this page.
Step 2: Secondly, select the course for which you want to apply and click on “Proceed to Basic Registration Form (PG Courses)” button.
Step 3: In basic registration, candidates has to provide personal details.
Step 4: After that, Candidates have to enter contact details and address details.
Step 5: Tick mark the declaration and Click on the “Generate Registration ID and password” button after filling in all the details.
Step 6: Once the candidate receives the ID and password, login again and upload the digital images of photograph. signature and thumb impression.
Step 7: Thereafter, the candidate can submit the form and take a print out of it for future reference.
Candidates whose basic registration is accepted have to GENERATE A CODE as per the schedule from the official website. Candidate can proceed for the final registration only if his/her code is generated.
Final Registration
Step 1: For final registration, candidates have to log in using registration ID, registration unique code and password.
Step 2: Once the login is done, candidates have to provide the qualification details and exam centre choice.
Step 3: Moving forward, candidates have to make the payment of the application form fee via debit/credit card or net banking.
Step 4: After that, take a print out of the final registration slip and retain a copy of registration slip till the completion of Admission Process.

AIIMS M.Sc 2020 Admit Card
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) will be released the admit card for the entrance exam of AIIMS M.Sc nursing/ M.Sc Biotechnology and M.Sc courses. AIIMS M.Sc 2020 Admit Card will be issued to those candidates who have succesfully filled the application form. It can be downloaded using the registration ID and password. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) conducts the entrance exam for admission in M.Sc courses.
