ANU PGCET 2018 is Acharya Nagarjuna University Post Graduation Common Entrance Test. Directorate of Admissions, A.N.U., is conducting ANU PGCET 2018 for PG Admissions into University and affiliated colleges. Interested and eligible candidates could fill and submit application form of ANU PGCET 2018 as per schedule.

ANU PGCET 2018 Application Form
Application Form for ANU PGCET 2018 has been released at the official website of ANU. The Application Form has been released online. Candidate have to visit the official webiste to fill the application form or the same can be filled from the “Application form”. Application Form has to be filled on or before last date. After that no application will be entertained by the university.
The Exact Date, Time and Venue of Test Centre are given in the Hall Ticket. Candidates can download their Hall Tickets and Schedule of Entrance Examination from the website www.anudoa.in / www.anu.ac.in. The movement the above material is uploaded to the website; it can be informed to the candidates through SMS / E-mail.
ANU PGCET 2018 Exam Pattern
The Entrance Test will have 100 multiple choice questions and each question carries 1 mark to be answered in 90 minutes. No negative marks for wrong answers. Candidates have to indicate their answers only on the OMR Sheet provided along with the Question Paper (Model OMR Answer sheet enclosed towards the end of this information brochure). Candidates have to bring BLACK BALL POINT PEN for marking on the OMR Sheet. Candidate will not be admitted into the Examination Hall after a lapse of 15 minutes after commencement of the Entrance test. The Candidate will be allowed to leave the Examination Hall after lapse of 60 minutes of commencement of Entrance Test.
ANU PGCET 2018 Entrance Test Centres
Candidate should mention the Centre code and Name of his / her choice in Online Application Form.
Candidates applying for more than one Test are advised to opt for the same Centre as there is a likelihood of clash of dates and timings. Requests for change of Test Centre and Subject opted by the Candidate in the Application Form will not be considered under any circumstances.
The final allotment of the Examination Centre will be decided by the Directorate of Admissions.
Admissions will be made on the basis of the Rank obtained by the Candidate in the Entrance Test subject to the fulfillment of Eligibility Criteria except for M.P.Ed. In case of M.P.Ed. Admission will be made on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance test and weightage of marks for sports achievements.
ANU PGCET 2018 Counselling Process
The Order of merit will be decided on the basis of marks obtained in the Entrance Test. In case of tie, the tie will be resolved on the basis of Percentage obtained in the Qualifying Examination, further tie will be resolved based on marks obtained in the Group subjects of the qualifying examination. Still, tie persists it will be resolved on the basis of date of birth in favour of elder candidates.
Candidate needs to pay Processing Fee and Prescribed Admissions Fee at the time of counseling in single installment failing which he / she has to forfeit his / her Seat. A Candidate once allotted to a college can avail transfer of college by paying Rs.300/- for the first time and only one more transfer is allowed by paying Rs.500/- subject to availability of seats and no more transfers are allowed. A candidate once opted for a course and allotted will be allowed to change the course which he / she already opted, subject to availability of seats on payment of Rs.300/- for the first time and on payment of Rs.500/- for the second and final time. The change of course is limited to the entrance test he / she attempted.
Cancellation of Seat
Once seat is allotted in a particular course, he / she will have to join in that course and the college to which he / she is allotted on or before the stipulated date failing which the seat allotted will automatically be cancelled and it will be allotted to the next candidate in order of merit.
A seat allotted to a candidate can be cancelled on request if he / she get a seat in another University or get a job. If the seat allotted to a candidate is cancelled for the two reasons mentioned above, the Total fee paid by the candidate will be refunded after deducting 10% of it. The Processing fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. In case the Candidate is cancel the seat which was already allotted, who has not paid the fee, he / she has to pay 10% of course fee to receive the Original Certificates.
However, Cancellation of seat is allowed only before the closure of the Admissions for the Academic Year 2018-19. If a candidate wants to cancel the seat after the closure of the Admissions, the penalties he / she is required to pay will be decided by the Registrar, A.N.U. based on the merits of the case.

- Intermediate or equivalent Certificate
- Income Certificate issued in 2018 from Mee Seva (if fee concession is claimed)
- Study Certificates (from 9th Class to Degree final year) / Residence Certificate of last Seven Academic Years (from Mee Seva issued in 2018) / Form-I or II or III or IV as given in Annexure – A pertaining to claim of Local Candidate
- Copy of the Relevant Certificates issued from concerned authorities if Special Reservation is claimed under PH/ NCC/ SPORTS/ CAP

Note: No Candidate will be allowed into the Counseling Hall without Provisional Certificate (P.C) and Transfer Certificate (T.C). Candidates who are appeared and qualified in ANUPGCET-2018, they alone are eligible for Fee Reimbursement provided, they fulfill all other conditions of Govt. of AP Rules for Reimbursement.
