AP PGECET 2020
Candidates who want to take admission in the PG courses in the institutes affiliated by APSCHE have to fill the application form first. Candidates need to check that they fall into eligibility norm set by the conducting body, in order to be considered for admission. AP PGECET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must have the following eligibility criteria in order to sit for AP PGECET 2020.
- The nationality of Candidate should be Indian.
- They should belong to the State of Andhra Pradesh. The candidates should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974.
- Qualified Bachelor’s degree with or it’s equivalent in the relevant field with at least 50% marks ( 45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC approved institution recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
- Candidates who are pursuing a B.Tech or its equivalent / B.pharm. course shall be eligible for entry into the relevant M.E./M.Tech./ M.Pharmacy/Pharm.D(PB) courses provided they have completed the prescribed course and passed all the subjects for the award of degree by the concerned university on the date of counselling for admission into the colleges.
AP PGECET 2020 Application Form
Candidates who want to take admission in the PG courses in the institutes affiliated by APSCHE have to fill the application form first. Application form will be made available to candidates in online mode. The mode of registration and submission will be online. AP PGECET 2020 Answer Key
The Conducting body will release the answer key after a few days of examination. Candidates can match the answers from the answer key. Two answer keys will be released Preliminary key will get release first, Candidates can raise the objections in case of any discrepancy. After considering all the objections the final answer key will get release and on the basis of it, the result will be declared.
AP PGECET 2020 Result
The result will be compiled on the basis of the final answer key. Candidates can check the result on the official website through login credentials like Application Number and Password/ Date of birth. Qualified candidates will download the scorecard from the official website. The expected qualifying percentage marks for obtaining a rank in AP PGECET – is 25% i.e., 30 marks out of a total of 120. However, in the case of SC/ST candidates, there shall be no minimum qualifying marks for ranking the candidates.
AP PGECET Counselling
After the declaration of result APSCHE will release the merit list for the candidates who have qualified the exams. Only on the basis of it, colleges will be allotted to the candidates. At the time of filling the seats, first preference will be given to the candidates who qualified GATE/GPAT based on their test scores and the remaining seats with the candidates qualified in the AP PGECET 2020.

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education set up as per as the recommendation of National Education Policy 1986, primarily as a coordinating body between the University Grants Commission (UGC), the State Govt. and Universities.
