AP PGECET 2021
Andhra University conducts the AP PGECET exam on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Last year, more than 24000 candidates applied for the AP PGECET exam while some 20986 candidates qualified the exam. The official exam date of AP PGECET 2021 is yet to be announced by Andhra University. Last year, the official notification requesting applications for registrations was released in the first week of March. In 2021, AU is expected to release the exam date during the same time in March.

Last year, the state-level AP PGECET was conducted in the last week of September although it was initially scheduled to be held during the first week of May. In the previous few years as well, Andhra University conducted the test during the first and second weeks of May.
As per the previous year iteration of the AP PGECET exam, the state level Computer-Based Test is conducted for admissions to Post Graduate degree programs in the disciplines of Engineering and Pharmacy. Eligibility Criteria – Who can apply for AP PGECET?
The eligibility criteria for Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test are divided into two categories i.e. general conditions of eligibility for the written test and course-specific eligibility criteria. General conditions of eligibility for written test
|Candidates must be Indian citizens.|
|Must be domiciled in the state of Andhra Pradesh.|
|Must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).|
|Candidates pursuing B.Tech/B. Pharm or equivalent courses must complete the course by passing in |
all the subjects before the commencement of counselling sessions.
Eligibility for admission into M.Tech./ M.Pharm. / Pharm.D(PB) courses
|Applicants must pass AP PGECET in the test paper relevant to the course in which the admission is sought.|
|First preference is given to candidates qualified in GATE / GPAT in the relevant branch based on their test scores. |
The remaining seats are then allotted candidates qualifying AP PGECET Exam 2021.
|85% of the seats in each course are reserved for local candidates and the remaining are unreserved seats.|

How to fill up AP PGECET 2021 Application Form?
Step 1: At first candidates have to open the official website of APSCHE i.e. sche.ap.gov.in.
Step 2: From the links provided on the homepage, select AP PGECET 2021.
Step 3: Thereafter, one must click on the link for online application/registration.
Step 4: Now, one has to complete the payment of the application fee.
Step 5: Candidates have to use the payment reference ID, qualifying exam admit card number, date of birth and mobile number to register online for AP PGECET exam 2021.
Step 6: Now one has to fill up the AP PGECET 2021 application form. Enter personal details, address, educational qualifications etc. carefully without making any mistake.
Step 7: Upload scanned copies of specified documents including photograph and signature.

- Candidates have to log in to the official website sche.ap.gov.in to download the AP PGECET admit card 2021.
- Candidates without a valid admit card will not be allowed to sit for the exam.
- AP PGECET 2021 admit card contains information including registration number & candidate’s name, details of date, time & venue of the exam etc.
- Candidates are advised to report to the centre well before time as indicated on the admit card.
