Assam GNM 2020 TTWD Application Form
The application form for Assam GNM special drive is available for download online at TTWD official website, ttwd.assam.gov.in. Candidates need to take a print out of the form and fill in all the necessary information in it. Also, you have to paste your recent passport size photo in the space provided on it. Candidates need to submit the filled-in form by post along with the testimonials as mentioned in the form. The form must reach to the Directorate of Tea Tribes Welfare, Assam, on or before the last date.

Candidates have to submit the copy of the following documents along with the application form.
- Caste certificate.
- Birth certificate / class 10th certificate.
- Copy of Class 10th mark sheet.
- Copy of Class 12th mark sheet.
- Copy of Caste and sub-caste certificate.
- Copy of account information.
Assam GNM 2020 TTWD Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria for GNM admission. Check the eligibility requirements including age limit and educational qualification below.
Age Limit
- The minimum age limit for the candidate is 17 year and maximum age limit is 37 years.
- The date of birth of the candidate should be as on January 01, 2019.
Educational qualification
- Candidates should have passed 10+2 in Science, Commerce or Arts stream from a recognised educational board / council from the Govt. of Assam.
- Aspirants must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the HSC examination.
Assam GNM 2020 TTWD Selection Process
TTWD shortlist candidates district-wise based on the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria for GNM admission, i.e. qualifying exam. The shortlisted candidates are then called for the document verification process. In this, candidates shall have to report at the venue for document verification along with all the necessary documents in proof of their age limit, academic criteria, etc, category, etc. Those whose document has been verified successfully will be then eligible to participate for Oral interview.
The verification of documents and oral interview is done by a Screening Committee in Guwahati for final selection. The finally selected candidates are provided training free of cost and financial assistance as per the norms of Tea Tribes Welfare Department.
Assam GNM 2020 TTWD Reservation
As per the admission notification released, the following reservation policy is to be followed for TTWD GNM special drive admission 2019-20.

About TTWD
The Tea Tribes Welfare Department (TTWD) was established to accelerate the socio-economic development of the Tea Tribes of Assam. It is also responsible enhance the employability of manpower, gear up the activities for spreading out / institutionalization of education at a level, to develop an appropriate network between government departments and other various organizations, etc. There are 46 sub-division in TTWD. Those who are permanently settled in Assam and are working in the Tea garden are known as Tea and Ex-Tea Garden Tribes, who are recognised as OBC by the Government
