Ayush Admission through NEET – UG 2020 – Candidates are offered admission in AYUSH courses through the rank obtained in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG. The counselling authority, Ayush Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) conducts the counselling for 15% AIQ seats for Government, Government aided Central Universities, National Institutes, Private colleges and 100% seats for Deemed Universities. All India Quota Counselling for Ayush courses through NEET UG
- First, the candidates have to register online at the official website of AACCC, aaccc.gov.in.
- Once the registration is done, the candidates need to submit the choices of the choice of college.
- On the basis of the choices submitted by the candidate, an allotment result is published.
- A further round of counselling is conducted to fill the seats in Ayush courses.
State Quota Counselling Process for Ayush Courses through NEET UG
The counselling for applying for State quota seats is same as All India Quota. The candidates need to register online at the respective state counselling authority website. Then, he/she need to select the choice of college as per their preference and lock their choices. On the basis of the choices submitted by the candidate, they are allotted seat. The candidates then need to report at the allotted college for document verification and pay the admission fee to confirm their admission.
About NEET UG
National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2020 is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in Indian Medical/Dental Colleges. NEET score is used for admission in 15% All India Quota Seats and the same is supplied to the State/ Other Counselling Authorities. Except for AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry, NEET score is accepted all over India.
