Only the form with successful payment online done by the candidates will be accepted. Before applying online candidates must ensure their eligibility for Admission in PG Ayurveda. Candidates can apply for PG Ayurveda 2015 from the given below link.
Any duplicate payment will be not be refundable at any condition. The Information of accepted / rejected forms will be made available on the official website of the C.G Ayush & Health Sciences University Raipur.
The information given in the online Application form will be verified at the time of counselling / admission from the original documents by the counselling admitting authority. If it is found later that a successful applicant has provided incorrect or false information or withheld some relevant information while filling the Application form, the applicant shall be debarred from admission or her/ his admission may be cancelled at any time during the course of his / her studies, by the head of the institution Admitting Authority/ CG. Govt, as the case may be without giving him any notice.

- Test admit card (TAC) can be downloaded from the online portal.
- Duplicate admit card (TAC) can be collected from C.G Ayush & Health Sciences University, Raipur on 14-10-15 by paying 100/- at 11.00 am to 4.00 pm.
The entrance test shall be of objective type questions only, where four answers / responses will be provided for each question, out of which only one will be correct. The candidate is required to select correct answer and mark the corresponding option (A or B or C or D) on the OMR answer sheet using Blue / Black ball point pen only.
Material to be carried in the Examination hall – (i) Test Admit card (TAC) (ii) Blue / Black ball point pen.
No other material such as cellular / mobile phones, calculators, log tables, stray papers etc. should be found in the possession of the candidate in the test hall, otherwise the candidate is liable to be registered under Unfair means (UFM) and may be refused the chance to appear in the test.
