BCECE 2018 Counselling and seat allotment will be conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) as per the official announcement. The counselling will be held for the candidates who will qualify the entrance examination for the admission to the various Engineering, Medical and Agriculture courses. The counselling will be held in various rounds and the schedule for it will be uploaded to the official website i.e. bceceboard.com. Candidates will be called for the counselling and seat allotment process on the basis of their merit/rank obtained in the examination. The procedure of the counselling will be held online such as registration, filling of choices, provisional seat allotment, handwriting verification and the final seat allotment. For the final admission process, the candidates will have to come to the allotted college/Institute. Candidates will have to download the call letter from the official website by entering the required details. To participate in the counselling process, the candidates will have to appear at the allotted time, venue and date along with all the important documents and the required fee.

First Round of Counselling
The first round of counselling will be held by the various Colleges/Institutes which comes under the State of Bihar. Candidates will be called on the basis of their merit/rank obtained in the examination and as per the vacant seats in the various Colleges/ Institutes for the concerned courses. The candidates will have to appear at the allotted venue, time and date mentioned in the call letter at the time of the counselling. Candidates will have to choose the desired College/Institute in which they want to pursue the desired course. Candidates will have to carry all the important documents along with the required fees at the time of the counselling for the final admission. After the document verification and payment of the fees, the candidates will get the admission for the concerned course in the desired college.

Second Round of Counselling
In this round of counselling, the candidates will be called for the seats vacant after the first round of counselling in the various colleges/Institutes. The candidates will have to follow the same procedure as mentioned in the first round of counselling. Candidates will have to choose the desired college for the desired course and complete the admission procedure by verifying the important documents as mentioned above along the payment of the required fee. Seats will be allotted to those candidates only who will fulfil all the requirements of the Board.
Third Counselling/Spot Counselling (IF REQUIRED)
Candidates need to note that the further rounds of counselling will only be held if it will be required. After the first and second round of counselling, if there will be vacant seats then the further round of counselling or spot counselling will be held for the candidates. Spot counselling will be the on the spot in which the left out candidates can come and get admission after fulfilling all the requirements. The board will conduct the third round or spot counselling in the same procedure if required at that time.
