BHU BAMS 2020 Admission- The Banaras Hindu University will release the notification for BHU BAMS 2020 Admission for the candidates willing to seek admission in BAMS / BNYS course of the faculty of Ayurveda Institute of Medical Sciences Banaras Hindu University Varanasi for the academic session 2020-21. Interested candidates will have to undergo NEET which will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to take admission in medical and dental colleges as per the directives of Ministry of Ayush. In order to take admission in BHU BAMS 2020, candidates must fill the Application Form for NEET UG before the due date. The NEET UG is scheduled to be held on May 2020. BHU BAMS 2020 Admission

BHU BAMS 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the eligibility conditions and then proceed towards the process of filling of application form. In case a candidate does not fulfill eligibility criteria and then also fill the application form then his/her candidature will be summarily rejected or canceled.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed Intermediate/ 10+2 or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Zoology + Botany) as the subjects for BAMS course.
- Candidates should have obtained a minimum score of
- 50% marks for General category;
- 45% marks for Physically challenged (PC) General category;
- 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC and respective Physically challenged category.
Age Criteria: Age limit will be same as per applicable for NEET exam.
Reservation of Seats: The seats will be reserved for the candidates as per the rules and regulation by the Indian Government. Candidates belonging to a Physically challenged category will get 3% of reservation of seats in all the programmes.
BHU BAMS 2020 Application Form
The Application form of BHU BAMS 2020 will release in online mode on the BHU Portal. The direct link to fill the application form will also be provided on this page as soon as the forms releases. Before filling the application form candidates should read all the instructions and guidelines carefully. Applicants will have to fill in their personal details, contact details, educational qualifications etc. Candidates should fill on their valid contact details as all important information related to the exam will be sent on the registered communication details. To complete the application process entrants will also have to do the fee payment through online mode via credit/debit card (ATM card) / internet banking.
Registration Fee
In order to complete the application process for the programme, candidates are required to pay the registration fee using the online mode of payment. Candidates can check the registration fee applicable for each category given below as per the records of the last year. Aspiring candidates can have an idea about the fees as it based on the last year’s information. If in case of any changes in the registration fee then it will be updated here.
- Rs. 1000/- in case of General and OBC category
- Rs. 750/- in case of SC and ST categories
BHU BAMS 2020 Result
The result of BHU BAMS 2020 will be declared by the University after the successful completion of the exams. Also, merit list will also be released in the order of marks obtained by the candidates. The selection of the candidates will be in the order of BHU BAMS 2020 Merit on the basis of the marks scored by them in NEET conducted by the NTA for admission in medical and dental colleges.
BHU BAMS 2020 Counseling
On the basis of marks obtained by the candidates, merit list will be prepared. Only those people will be eligible for the round of counseling whose names will be in the merit list. The details related to the process of counseling will be released before the commencement of the counseling procedure.
