BHU UET 2020 Admission Procedure
Candidates can check the admission procedure for BHU UET 2020 given below. The admission is done according to the merit in UET and availability of the seats.
After the declaration of the result, the candidates will be issued call letters. The coordinator issues the call letters to the candidates to appear for counselling. The information about the call letters are sent over the registered e-mail ids and contact numbers of the candidates.
BHU UET 2020 Counselling Procedure
Check the counselling procedure of BHU UET 2020 given below.
Preference Entry through online mode (on or after the issue of Call Letter and before the Counselling Date)
Candidates are required to fill the course preference details through their candidate portal. In the preference entry form, a candidate is required to give his/her preference of the following:
- Honours Subject [Subject Combination]
- Honours Subject
- Choice of Course
- Preference of location
- Seat Type
Important note: Make sure the preferences are listed carefully. Any place in the preference form must not be left blank.
Activity on the day of Counselling
On the day of counselling, reach the counselling venue on time as stated in the call letter. Mark your attendance sheet on reaching the test centre. In case if you are provisionally admitted, then, collect the provisional admission letter from the counselling centre. Pay the admission fee after getting the provisional admission letter.
Activity of the next day of Counselling
Candidates are required to submit a proof that they have submitted the admission fee. The candidates who have submitted the admission fee through online fee need not have to submit the proof.
Documents Required at the time of Admission
Candidates need to submit the following documents at the time of admission as mentioned in the call letter and the admission brochure regarding the process of counselling. The final admission will be accepted on the successful submission of the “initial course fee” by the candidate
- Transfer Certificate
- Migration Certificate, if passed from a university other than BHU (To be submitted not later than 90 days of admission)
- High School Certificate/equivalent Certificate
- Intermediate (+2) Certificate/equivalent Certificate
- Mark sheets of High School/equivalent & Intermediate (+2)/equivalent
- Mark sheet of the Qualifying Examination
- UET Admit Card issued from the office of the Controller of Examinations, BHU
- SC/ST/OBC Certificate on the basis of which reserved quota seat is claimed
- Certificate(s) in support of claim for ‘Sports Seats’
- Certificate of being the son/daughter of a permanent in-service employee/Retired/Reemployed/ Deceased employee of BHU in the prescribed format issued by the Central Registry
