Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has postponed Bihar D.El.Ed 2020 Joint Entrance Test (JET). This is one of the many entrance exams that have been delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic. The new exam date for these will be announced soon. BSEB scheduled JET 2020 for D.El.Ed admission on March 28, 2020, but now candidates have to wait until the further notice for a revised date.
BSEB, the body that holds Bihar D.El.Ed 2020 Joint Entrance Test (JET), notified about the change of exam dates on March 20, 2020. The public notice was uploaded on biharboardvividh.com in a PDF format.
The notice translates to:
“It is hereby informed to all the candidates / guardians, all the District Officers, all the Senior Superintendents of Police / Superintendents of Police, all the District Education Officers that schedule for DLED Joint Entrance Examination to be held on 28 Mar 2020 is postponed till further orders due to unavoidable reasons. It is The next date of the said examination will be published later.”
The notice says due to unavoidable reason, however, the speculation is that the reason is COVID-19 pandemic.

Bihar D.El.Ed 2020
The candidates might want to know that even if the exam has been postponed, the link to download admit card for Bihar D.El.Ed 2020 Joint Entrance Test (JET) is active on biharboardvividh.com. The admit card was issued on March 13, 2020, and the link is still active. However, the Board will release new admit card with new exam date for the candidates. From the login, candidates can check if the new dates have been issued or not.
Bihar D.El.Ed JET 2020 is a state level exam and this year 28,850 D.El.Ed seats shall be filled through it. 250+ colleges consider the score of Bihar JET for admission. Aspirants are tested for 150 minutes and 150 questions of 450 marks are asked in the exam. Questions come from the following subjects and as per the weightage given in the table below:
