The candidates are shortlisted for admission in the various UG, PG and PhD programmes on the basis of the following criterion.
Selection Criteria for Admission in BEd programme
The students will be offered for the BEd programme on the basis of the merit list of the applicants in the Entrance Test and follow of reservation-rule of State Govt. of Bihar. The University publishes a merit list online. The candidates whose name is included in the merit list will be able to apply for admission in the University.
Selection Criteria for Admission in MEd programme
The selection of candidates for admission to the Master of Education Program (M.Ed.) in Regular Mode is done on the basis of merit obtained in M.Ed. Entrance Test. Furthermore, admission/allotment of seats shall be done through counselling taking into account the applicant’s choice of Institution.
Selection Criteria for Admission in the PhD programme
The candidates are shortlisted for admission on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam. The qualifiers of the entrance exam will be then eligible to appear for the Interview round. The final selection is done on the basis of Entrance exam and Interview.
