Admit card / hall ticket of BLDE PGET 2016 medical entrance exam is issued to those candidates who have submitted the form before last date. Hard copies of the BLDE PGET 2016 TAT will not be sent by post / courier, hence eligible candidates are informed to download their hall ticket of BLDE PGET 2016 from University website, Link to download admit card is also provided below.

The candidate must not mutilate the TAT Card or change any entry, made therein after the University authorities have authenticated it.
Candidate should bring Original Identity proof (for eg. Adhar Card, Voting Card, Driving license, Pan Card) along with TAT card to the TEST centre.
Test centres : Bijapur, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and Mumbai. Request for change of Test Centre will be accepted in prescribed format (appendix – IV) only through e-mail (scanned copy) on or before 10th Feb, 2016.
On the day of exam, candidates are required to write their BLDE PGET Admit Card 2016 (TAT) number in numerals and words. For example, if your TAT no. is 111001 write in words as One One One Zero Zero One. Also, you must write the Question Booklet number (in numerals and words; as exemplified for TAT No.), Version Code, only in the space provided in their OMR answer sheet. The OMR answer sheet is machine assessed and therefore it should be handled with care. If there is any doubt, please contact the test invigilator immediately.
Admit card of BLDE PGET 2016 must be presented during the exam. It will also be required during counselling for BLDE University admission 2016.
