BRAOU MBA Entrance Exam 2017
The Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Hospital & Health Care Management i.e. MBA(HHCM) is a two years, four semesters full time on-campus programme. It is offered by Dr. BRAOU in collaboration with AIHCM of AHERF, at Apollo Health City, Jubilee hills, Hyderabad. Candidates can know more about it here and from the official website www.braou.ac.in. Duration – It is a two years, four semesters, fulltime, on-campus Master’s Programme.
Medium – The medium of instruction for the study and for examinations shall be English only.

Application forms can be obtained from the Director, AIHCM, by paying Rs. 900/- in cash/DD. Applications can also be downloaded from www.apolloihcm.ac.in or www.braou.ac.in. Applications should be submitted on or before 23rd June 2017 to the Director, Apollo Institute of Health Care Management, Academic Block, III floor, Apollo Health City, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad 50096 , along with a DD from any Nationalized Bank for Rs.900/- drawn in favor of “The Director, AIHCM” payable at Hyderabad. The aspirants of Master’s Degree in Hospital and Health Care Management should possess a Bachelor’s Degree (in 10+2+3 form) in any discipline (Except Fine Arts and Oriental Languages) from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks, (in case of reserved category candidates, 45% marks).
The Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Hospital & Health Care Management i.e. MBA(HHCM) is a two years, four semesters program. It is offered by Dr. BRAOU in collaboration with AIHCM of AHERF, at Apollo Health City, Jubilee hills, Hyderabad.
Intake is limited to 60 seats in all, of which 20% Management Quota.
The entrance test for admission to Master of Business Administration (Hospital & Health Care Management) is conducted by the Convener, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad on 29.06.2017 at Apollo Institute of Health Care Management, Apollo Medical College Building, Apollo Health City, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
The test is of 1½ hours (90 minutes) duration from 10.30 am to 12.00 noon. It is assessed for 100 marks, as detailed below:

The minimum qualifying mark is 25% for General & BC Candidates. Only those candidates who qualify in the written examination are eligible for Group Discussion and Personal Interview, each carrying 25 marks.
At the end of the test booklet, a separate answer sheet will be provided with question numbers, in box form, as given below:
Each question will have 4 alternative choices marked as a, b, c, d with one correct/appropriate answer. Candidate has to choose that correct/appropriate answer and has to write its alphabet in the relevant box for that question on the answer sheet. If any alteration is to be made, strike off the previous one and write the correct one neatly in the box. Answer with overwriting will be ignored while awarding marks.
Aspirants have to appear for an entrance test (100 marks), followed by Group Discussion (25 marks) and Personal Interview (25 marks) conducted by the University. The Rules of reservation are applicable as per the University Rules. The candidates from other states also are eligible to apply. BC Reservations are applicable to Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh candidates only. 20% of the seats are reserved for Management Quota.
The following certificates are to be submitted at the time of admission along with two sets of photocopies and necessary fees and 5 Passport size photographs.
- S.S.C / 10th class certificate for name and age proof.
- Migration Certificate in case of candidates from other than Dr. BRAOU
- T.C. (Transfer Certificate i.e. college leaving certificate) from the college where the candidate studied last.
- Memoranda of Marks of the qualifying examination
- Provisional certificate or original degree certificate of the qualifying examination
- Latest caste certificate if the seat is under reservation category such as ST, SC, BC.
- Hall Ticket/Admit Card of 2017.
The fee for convener quota seats is as follows First Year Fees Rs.70,000/- payable by DD at Dr. BRAOU. Rs.5,000/-Special fees and Rs.5,000/- caution deposit for Library & Lab payable to the college. In case of Management Quota students Rs. 2,20,000 by DD payable to university and Rs. 5,000 + 5,000 to college.
Second Year every student has to pay Rs.50, 000/- Tuition fees on or before 15th August.
Further, at the end of every semester, examination fees Rs. 800 or as notified by Dr. BRAOU has to be paid. The student is also advised to have at least one dress with Blazer, for formal occasions which may cost around Rs. 3,000/- and Rs. 1000/- for Health Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance for two years.
