BVP CET LL.B is a an entry level common entrance test conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth University which is a business school recognized by The Bar Council of India. The university offers various graduate and postgraduate courses. With the power of over 4000 faculty members the courses provided to students are designed with the aim of providing the applicant best of the practical knowledge to be implemented in job.However the admission to these courses is done through a Common Proficiency Test which is most commonly known as CPT. The university is soon going to organize the CET LL.B Entrance Test for admission to LL.B three year course for the year 2017 against 180 seats. LL.B is a three year course. The students who pass the entrance test will be admitted to LL.B. at Bharati Vidyapeeth university. The session is to begin from 15 July 2017.The application has begun from the last week of March 2017. The last date to fill the application form is 9 June 2017. The entrance test will be conducted on 17 June 2017 and the results will be declared on 24 June 2017. The students can fill the form online from the official website www.bvuniversity.edu.in

Application fees

The entrance test fees is Rs. 1200/-. The fees can be paid online on the official website. The amount of fees is non-refundable.

The fees can also be paid through Demand Draft in favour of the Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune payable at Pune. The demand draft should be sent:

The candidates will be required to enclose the original Demand Draft along with the application form. Please do mention the Demand Draft number and the name of the bank along with the application form on the back of the envelope to be send. Please bear in mind that only the duly filled in form shall be sent on to the registrar on or before 9th June 2017.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission

A candidate must be 12th pass with more than 45 % for General and 40 % for SC/ST/PWD category.

Note-Only the candidates who satisfy the aforesaid criteria will be allowed to appear for the entrance test. The candidates are required to check the eligibility criteria from the brochure provided above. If the candidates are satisfied then only they should proceed for applying.

Exam pattern

There will be four sections in the exam

Each section will constitute of 25 questions. The test will be conducted from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The questions will cover topics from the following subjects.

Section A Reading comprehension, english grammar and usage of english grammar

Section B logical reasoning, legal aptitude and analytical ability.

Section C General knowledge

Section D social sciences with an emphasis on Indian constitution of India.

Minimum Qualifying Criteria

Any student who wishes to apply for the course must attain the minimum qualifying criteria as decided by the criteria. Any candidate seeking admission into the programme who does not attain the mentioned marks, he/she shall not be permitted to apply for the course. Their candidature will be liable to be rejected if they are encountered at any stage that they have produced any misleading document. Let us look at the minimum marks required to qualify into the entrance examination. The entrance test will be 100 marks. The questions will be multiple choice in nature. The total number of questions will be 100 in number. There is no negative marking for the wrong marked answers as such.A candidate who is appearing in the entrance test must secure a minimum of 50% marks (for general and OBC) and 45% (for SC/ST) in LL.B. After qualifying the LL.B entrance test a candidate must attend the first counselling session to he held on 30 June 2017 conducted by the university.

If the candidate secures a seat in the counseling, he/she shall be provisionally registered for the admission until he/she submits his original documents.

In case of cancellation of the admission, the candidate can apply for refund. The candidate must fill up the form for refund process. The candidate must have a bank account in his name. The amount will be transferred only to the candidate’s bank account. If the candidate does not have a bank account, they must first open a account in any bank.

How to Apply

  • The candidates who wish to apply for the LL.B course 2017, may fill the application form online from the official website www.bvuniversity.edu.in.
  • The candidate must read the instructions before applying.
  • A candidate is required to login using his/her credentials.
  • The candidates must have his/her scanned image before applying.
  • Must have a scanned image of their signature.
  • Pay the fees using online net banking.
  • Fill the form online.
  • Submit the completed form.
  • Take a print out of the payment receipt.

Please note that the scanned images must only be in JPEG format .any other format may not ba accepted by the system. The students must correct the dimensions of the images to be uploaded. They can resize the images if they do not fit.

Admit card BVP CET LL.B 2017

The students can download their admit cards from the site which will be available for download one week before the exam date.

The students will be able to download their admit card for the BVP CET LLB 2017 from one from the site. The link of the site is www.vyapam.nic.in . there is no exact date for downloading the admit card. As soon as the admit cards are available on the site, the students will be able to download the admit card for BVP LL.B 2017.
