Calicut University UGCAP Trial Allotment 2021 – Calicut University has released the Undergraduate Centralised Admission Process (UGCAP) Trial Allotment online on the official website. Candidates who have applied for admission in UG courses through the Centralised Admission Process can check the Trial allotment status through the candidate login. The “CAPID and Password” is required to check the Trial allotment status. If the candidate is not satisfied with the allotment can opt for the further three allotments. The University provides three allotments for all the category students and two special allotments for SC/ST categories. The online registration for the UGCAP is closed. The last date for the registration was 16 August 2021. After the release of the Trial Allotment candidates can now modify their application if required. Candidates can modify the application up to three times. In this process, candidates have to select the colleges of their choice and once the allotment is received candidates have to take admission on a permanent basis in the respective colleges. How to Check Calicut University UCCAP Allotment?
Calicut University has released UGCAP Trial allotment online on the website, admission.uoc.ac.in. Candidates can check the Trial allotment status / result in a few simple steps. Follow the steps mentioned below and check the allotment status.

- Hereafter click on the UGCAP 2021: Trial Allotment link
- Click on the Trial allotment link
- Enter the CAPID and Password
- Click on the Login button
- Candidates dashboard will appear
- Check for the allotment link
Calicut University UGCAP Allotment
Candidates who applied for admission in UG courses through the Centralised Admission Process have three allotment options. The special category candidates have two special allotments. Once the candidates received the allotment option, the rest options below the received allotment will get cancelled or permanently lost. The lost options shall not be reinstated at any cost. Below are the details of three other allotments and two special allotments.
The Trial Allotment is published after the closing date of online registration. After the trial allotment candidates can modify the application if they are interested to do so. Candidates have to take the print of the modified application on or before the last date for modification.
In the first allotment, candidates who received the allotment have to submit the mandatory fee to claim the allotment. If the candidate fails to remit the fees shall lose the allotment and will not be eligible for further allotment. Candidates who are satisfied with the allotment, have to cancel all the higher options. In case the candidates is unable to cancel the higher options then they will be considered for the higher options. Also, shall be bound to relinquish the previous allotment and take admission to the respective colleges.
The second allotment will be published on the scheduled date. The candidates who received the allotment for the first time have to submit the mandatory fees. Such candidates who have already submitted the mandatory fees need not pay it again. The candidates shall not be eligible for the further allotments if they have failed to pay the mandatory fees.
Candidates have to make permanent or temporary admission in the respective college. Also, the candidates have all the higher options. The candidate is bound to relinquish the previous allotment and take admission to the respective colleges.
Note: After the first and second allotment candidates have to take the permanent or temporary admission in the allotted colleges. All the higher options must be cancelled and should take permanent admission.
Still, the candidates who are waiting for the higher options shall take the temporary admission without cancelling the higher options.
Candidates who fail to take admission after the second allotment on a permanent or temporary basis will be expelled from the admission process.
The University will publish the third allotment on the scheduled date. All candidates who have received the allotment for the first time have to submit the mandatory fees. If already have submitted the mandatory fees after the first and second fees then candidates can ignore them. Candidates who fail to submit the fees will lose the allotment and shall not be eligible for the further admission process.
Candidates have to take admission on a permanent basis in the respective colleges. The candidates who have received the allotment for the first time and those candidates who are satisfied with the allotment received during the first and second allotment have to cancel all the higher options and take permanent admission.
Those candidates who have taken admission after the second allotment and have not received any changes in the third allotment have to change the temporary admission to the permanent one without retaining the higher options.
In case, the higher options are not cancelled, then the candidates shall be considered for the higher option if the further allotment is conducted.
Candidates who have received the allotment and are not satisfied with the allotment received in the first, second, third allotment have to take the permanent admission retaining the higher options.
This allotment is for SC/ST candidates. After the third allotment special allotment will be published as per the scheduled date. The available positions in SC/ST category will be published on the website, www.admission.uoc.ac.in. Candidates belonging to the above category can select fresh options.
Candidates have to submit the mandatory fees after the allotment is received.
Failing to submit the fee will lose the special allotment received.
Calicut University UGCAP 2021 Mandatory Fees
Candidates who have received the allotments have to remit the mandatory fees as prescribed by the university. The fee is to be paid only one time. Candidates shall lose the current allotment and also shall be expelled from the further allotment if the fee is not paid.
Those candidates who are admitted other than the allotments process have to submit the mandatory fees comprised of “Sports Affiliation Fee, University Union Fee, Matriculation Fee”. Below is the list of fees to be paid.
- Sport Affiliation Fee: Rs. 280
- University Union Fee: Rs: 85
- Matriculation Fee: Rs: 115
- For General Category Candidates: Rs: 480
- For SC/ST/OEC-SC/OEC-ST/Communities eligible for education concession is given to OEC- Rs: 115 (These candidates taking admission in self financing programmes have to submit the sport affiliation fees and University Union fees while taking admission.)
Note: List of OEC-SC/OEC-ST/ Communities eligible for education concession is given to OEC candidates.
Calicut University UGCAP Admit Card 2021
The University will release the admit card for all the candidates who have received the allotment and willing to take permanent admission. The details such as college & courses to which allotted, admission date, certificate to be produced during the admission is men tioned on the admit card. Candidates who are satisfied with the received allotment can take the admit card and report for the permanent admission.
Candidates who are not satisfied with the allotment received in first, second, and third allotment can download the admit without canceling the higher option.
- No admit card will be issued for the candidates admitted through management quota and Lakshadweep quota.
- There will be no admit card for temporary admission
Document Required at the time of Calicut University UG Admission 2021
The candidates shall produce the original documents at the time of admission to a programme of study in the affiliated colleges/University Teaching Departments/Centers. The list of essential documents at the time of admission are as follows.
1. Admit Card (this document is only for students received allotment)
2. Print out of the application form
3. Receipt/Chalan of the fee remitted for acceptance of allotment (University mandatory fee and registration fee)
4. Age proof
5. Qualifying Examination Certificate
6. Mark List(s) of the qualifying examination.
7. Transfer Certificate (received from the University/Institution last studied)
8. Conduct Certificate
10. Equivalency / Recognition of the qualifying examinations taken from other Universities/ Institutions should be confirmed strictly before making admission of students, except in the case of HSE / VHSE of the Kerala State Board and all regular Higher Secondary Examinations conducted by other State Boards, AISSCE (XII std.) of CBSE, ISCE and NIOS candidates who have passed the course with a minimum of five subjects, out of which one should be English.
11. Candidates shall also produce certificates accordingly like Non-Creamy layer Certificate, Nativity Certificate, Community Certificate, EWS Certificate from the competent authority in Kerala as directed by the admitting authorities.
12. Candidates who claim bonus/weightage marks shall produce relevant certificates.
Calicut University Admissions 2021
There are two types of admission, temporary and permanent. During the allotment process candidates who are satisfied with the allotment received for the first option can take permanent admission to the respective college. After the third allotment, all candidates have to take permanent admission in the colleges allotted to them.
Candidates who are not satisfied with the allotment received in the second allotment and willing to consider the higher option shall take temporary admission. These candidates need not submit the fees or any necessary documents to the colleges.
