CEED 2020 Admit Card

The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay releases the CEED 2020 Admit Card on the official website. A candidate can download the admit card online from the website i.e., www.ceed.iitb.ac.in. The candidates can be able to download their hall ticket via providing the credentials like Email Id and Password. IIT Bombay conducts the CEED 2020 in two parts namely Part A and Part B. How can we download the CEED 2020 Admit Card?

As the CEED Admit Card 2020 releases in the online mode, candidates need to know the steps by following which they can download their admit card. So, we have provided simple steps to download it.

  • First, to download the admit card, a candidate needs to go to the official website of CEED.
  • Second, you can find the link for CEED 2020 Admit Card there. A login window opens by clicking on that link. In fact, you can also click on the link provided in this article.
  • Third, on the login window, enter the details like “Email ID” & “Password” and then click on the “Login” Button.

How to rectify any discrepancies in the CEED 2020 Admit Card?

As soon as a candidate download the CEED admit card, s/he must check all the details given in that admit card. Besides the details of the examination centre, a candidate must check the personal details like name, date of birth, gender, category, etc carefully. If a candidate finds any error(s) in the admit card then s/he can rectify that error within the time period provided by the authority. After the last date of rectification, the authority will not any accept any requests of rectification.

Important Instructions for the day of CEED 2020

All the candidates who are participating in the CEED 2020 Examination can check the important instructions related to the exam day from below.

Reporting Time: Candidates should reach the examination centre at least 1 hour before the start of the exam. Therefore, s/he can complete the process of recording the biometric information like thumb impression and photograph. Also, candidates have to report with a colour printout of the CEED Admit Card.

Identity Proof: A candidate has to bring a valid original photo identity proof along with the admit card to the examination centre. As an identity proof, a candidate can bring one among the college issued identity card, passport, driving license, PAN card, Voter ID or Aadhaar card. Candidates can’t be able to enter into the centre without a proper identity proof.

Stationery: Candidates must have to bring their own stationeries like pencils, sketch pens, poster colours and other drawing materials for the CEED examination. Candidates do not need to bring drawing sheets to the examination hall.

Above all, any electronic gadgets like mobile phones, calculators, smart or digital watches, etc. are not allowed in the examination hall. Furthermore, the use of any electronic gadget will disqualify the candidate.

CEED 2020 Exam Pattern

The CEED Examination consists of two parts namely Part A and Part B. A candidate has to attempt the questions from both the parts. Furthermore, you can get the details of both parts from below.

Part A

Part A is a computer-based screening test of one hour. It contains Objective Type Questions i.e., Numerical Answer Type (NAT), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ) and Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). It evaluates:

  • Visualization and Spatial Ability
  • Environmental and Social Awareness
  • Analytical and Logical Reasoning
  • Language and Creativity
  • Observation and Design Sensitivity

  • Numerical Answer Type (NAT) contains 3 marks for each correct answer.
  • Further, Multiple Select Questions (MSQ) contains 2 marks for each correct answer.
  • But, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) contains 2 marks for each correct answer and 0.6 negative marks for each wrong answer.

Part B

Part B is a two hours exam and the questions in Part B display on the computer screen and the invigilator provides answer book to write the answers. However, they collect the answer books at the end of the examination. It evaluates:

  • Drawing
  • Creativity
  • Communication Skills
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
