CEPT University PG Admission 2018 is open for session 2018 – 2019. Students can Apply Online for the desired Post Graduate course. No offline mode of application is provided by the university this year. University also allows candidates to apply for multiple courses of his/ her choice.

CEPT University PG Admission 2018

All post graduate programs at CEPT offer choice-based-learning where students can choose up to a quarter of the credits from University-wide electives. Students are also expected to participate in two terms of Summer Winter School at CEPT.

CEPT University PG Application Form 2018

The CEPT Admissions 2018 is a completely online process. To apply, please click on the ‘Apply Online’ link given below which will redirect you to the Admissions portal. Candidates are required to apply online to the desired course.

  • Please register yourself before you go ahead.
  • Register with your email id and set a new password for this portal.
  • Remember the registered email id and the password set by you for future use.
  • Your registered email id with us in the portal will be used for any future communication from CEPT University.

Application Fee

CEPT University has announced the faculty wise Application fee.

  • Application list for first application by an applicant will be Rs. 3500 /- (Inclusive of all taxes)
  • Second application and onward by the same applicant will be charged Rs. 1000 /- for each of the application, withing the same faculty.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with 55% aggregate marks for general category candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved category candidates can apply.

M Arch in Architectural Design

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or equivalent recognized by the Council of Architecture (COA) with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks for general category candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved category candidates.

M Arch / MA in Conservation and Regeneration

Anyone with a degree or equivalent qualification related to design in the built environment or conservation practice such as; architecture (B.Arch), urban design, planning (B.Plan), design (BID – five years), archaeology (MA), structural engineering (BE/ B.Tech), civil engineering (B.E/B.Tech.), Bachelors in construction Technology (BCT) with 55% aggregate marks for general category candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved category candidates can apply. Portfolios of individuals with any other degree but a substantial experience in relevant practices are welcome.

M Arch / MA in Architectural History and Theory

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with 55% aggregate marks for general category candidates and 50% aggregate marks for reserved category candidates can apply.

Master of Landscape Architecture

A first professional undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s Degree) in Architecture and Interior Design disciplines with at least four full-time academic years in duration offered by a recognized University or Institution.

Master of Landscape Design

  • A postgraduate degree in any of the disciplines like Botany, Ecology, Horticulture, Geography, Agriculture, Forestry, Geology, Hydrology or similar natural sciences of a minimum of two years of full-time study with a prescribed bridge course*.
  • 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Planning and equivalent with a prescribed bridge course*.

Note: The admission will be subject to their successful completion of prescribed bridge course, offered by CEPT University in June 2018. It will be a 45 days course and details will be updated on the website. Two years professional and/or teaching experience along with computer drawings skills like CADD software is desirable.

Master of Urban Planning

  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Architecture,
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering,

Master of Technology in Construction Engineering & Management

Applicants for the M.Tech. program in the general category should have a  minimum of 55 % aggregate marks and those in the reserved categories  should have a minimum of 50 % aggregate marks in Bachelor’s degree (or  equivalent) in Civil Engineering / Construction  Technology / Environmental Engineering / Architecture from a recognized university / institution.Applicant must have cleared XII Examination in science stream with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Master of Technology in Structural Engineering Design

Applicants for the M.Tech. program in the general category should have a minimum of  55 % aggregate marks and those in the reserved categories should have a minimum of  50 % aggregate marks in Bachelor’s degree (or  equivalent)  in Civil Engineering/ Construction  Technology / Architecture  from a recognized university / institution.Applicant must have cleared XII Examination in science stream with Physics and  Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Master of Technology in Geomatics

Applicants for the M.Tech. program in the general category should have a minimum of 55 % aggregate marks and those in the reserved categories should have a minimum of 50 % aggregate marks in Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering / Computer Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Information Technology / Water Resources / Agriculture / Planning / Architecture from a recognized university / institution.Applicant must have cleared XII Examination in science stream with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.ORApplicants for the M.Tech. program in the general category should have a minimum of 55 % aggregate marks and those in the reserved categories should have a  minimum of 50 % aggregate marks in Master’s degree (or  equivalent)  in Basic Science / Earth Science / Climate Science /  Environment Science / Information Technology / Disaster Management / Geography from a recognized university / institution.Applicant must have cleared XII Examination in science stream with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Master of Technology in Building Energy Performance

Applicants for M. Tech. BEP program in the general category should have a minimum of 55% aggregate marks and those in the reserved categories should have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Construction Technology / Architecture / Interior Design or Interior Architecture (five-year programs only) from a recognized university/institution.Applicant must have cleared XII Examination in science stream with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Master of Design in Interior Design

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or Design or equivalent, awarded upon completion of a course of minimum four years duration, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture recognized by the Council of Architecture, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology (five-year program), OR
  • Diploma in Interior Design of four years duration (12 + 4), provided that the program is considered equivalent to a four-year degree program by the Equivalence Committee of CEPT University

International Master of Interior Architectural Design

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or Design or equivalent, awarded upon completion of a course of minimum four years duration,   OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture recognized by the Council of Architecture,   OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology (five-year program),   OR
  • Diploma in Interior Design of four years duration (12 + 4), provided that the program is considered equivalent to a four-year degree program by the Equivalence Committee of CEPT University

Master of Design in Furniture Design

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture recognized by the Council of Architecture, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design (four years or more), OR
  • Diploma and/or Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or Design of minimum four years duration (12 + 4), provided that the program is considered equivalent to a degree program by the Equivalence Committee of CEPT University. OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

Master of Design in Building Products and Systems

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or Design (Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Exhibition Design) or equivalent, awarded upon completion of a course of minimum four years duration, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture recognized by the Council of Architecture, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology (five-year program) or BE (Civil), BE(Mechanical), BE(Production), OR
  • Diploma in Interior Design of four years duration (12 + 4), provided that the program is considered equivalent to a four-year degree program by the Equivalence Committee of CEPT University

Admit Card

The CEPT Admit Card will be send to the registered mail  ID within three working days after the submission of the form.Once the application for is submitted and the application fees is paid the university will verify the completion of form and the accuracy of the data.
