CLAT 2020 Result Date – The consortium of NLU will declare the CLAT 2020 result on October 5, 2020. The candidates will be able to check their result online at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. To check the result students have to login with their registered phone number and password. The merit list will be also issued on October 5, 2020, by the NLUs. The merit list is prepared and released by different colleges at the same time. It includes important information like rank, name, admit card number, and the university which is provisionally allotted by the college.

|For the top 10 NLUs under CLAT 2020||80 to 82|
|For at least anyone NLU||73 to 75|
How to Check CLAT 2020 Result
Candidates can follow the easy steps given below for checking the result and to download the scorecard:
Option-1: Application Number and Date of Birth
1st Step – Visit the official website of CLAT 2020.
2nd Step – After that, candidates have to log in with their application / registration number and date of birth.
3rd Step– Then, click on the “Print Score Card”
4th Step– Scorecard will appear on screen, check it and download it future references.

CLAT 2020 Merit List
CLAT merit list is released after the declaration of result separately for different colleges at the same time. Candidates who have qualified the exam, are selected in the merit list. In merit list, candidate’s rank, name, admit card number and the provisionally allotted university is mentioned. However, the basis of allotment of seats are based on ‘merit-cum-preference’. As per list, selected candidates can lock the allotted by paying the admission fee of Rs. 50,000/-.

About CLAT 2020
21 National Law Universities of India conducts the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) rotationally on the national level. It is a centralized test conducted for admission in 21 NLUs in India. Other than that 43 other institutes and two public sectors are also eligible to use these courses. The admission by CLAT is taken in two courses LLM and LLB. Candidates applying for LLB programs have to be passed 10+2 or any equivalent exam and for LLM a degree in an undergraduate program. After the test, the result for CLAT releases online at the official website of CLAT. Apart from that conducting body releases a merit list and starts the counseling process for admission in 21 participating law universities.
