CSAET 2017 Result will be announced on 09 June 2017 headed by the Deputy Registrar of Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, Tirupati. CSAET-2017 is being held to admit students into the a 2 years Shiksha Acharya (M.Ed.) Course. 14 May 2017 is the day when the CSAET 2017 or Combined Shiksha Acharya exam will take place in around 23 cities to fill a total of 300 seats in three universities namely:- Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, New Delhi, Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Tirupati and SLBS Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, New Delhi.

The Sansthan, a nodal body was established on 15 October in the year 1970 registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. It aims at promoting Sanskrit language all over the country. The autonomous organisation is fully funded by Government of India. Functioning as an apex body for propagation and development of Sanskrit, it also assists the Ministry of Human Resource Development in formulating and implementing various plans and schemes for the development of Sanskrit studies.

Is there is anything particular to note for the exam?
The candidates may note that the merit list after the results will be prepared by each university separately. Therefore track all the three universities time to time starting from 14 May 2017. The merit list of results of the Entrance Test will be prepared separately for each university.
Also the admission into the 3 universities will be subject to the admission policy of all 3 universities on their own. Once a candidate is registered in one university, the admission cannot be transferred to another university after The admission will not be transferred to another university after taking admission in one University.
The student may be transferred to another university if there is any seat vacant provided that he provides an NOC from the concerned university.
How are marks evaluated?
To know that let us look at the Evaluation Method which is used to declare the results. The question paper of Shiksha Acharya course is in Sanskrit medium. There will be two parts of the paper PART A And PART B. Candidates will appear for the exam and must secure a of minimum 50% marks in both the parts ‘A’ & ‘B’ separately. These candidates who succeed uin will be considered as passed. However second part of those candidates, not securing 50% marks in first part, will not be evaluated.
What are the documents needed at the time of admission?
A candidate must carry the listed items below in order to secure a seat in their desired institution.
- Self-attested copy of age proof certificate.
- Self-attested copies of marksheets/degree certificates of Shastri, Acharya / BA (Sanskrit) / M.A. (Sanskrit) etc.
- Certificate to claim reservation.
- Recent passport-size photographs. The date should also be mentioned.
- Passing Certificate from Sansthan Campus/Tirupati /Delhi Vidyapeetha for internal candidates.
- Medical certificate issued by any registered Medical Practitioner. Diseased candidates will not be considered as fit for the course.
