CSSET 2018 Application Form has been released online. The last date to apply for CSSE 2018 is March 10, 2018, at rsvpcet.in. The candidates who will successfully register for the exam will be issued admit card. The CSSET 2018 Admit card will only be available on the official website of the University. It is important to bring the printed copy of the admit card on the day of the examination. Application Form

The CSEET 2018 application form has been released on the 15th of January 2018. The eligible candidates are able to fill the application form from the official website of any of the three Universities i.e,  Sanskrit.nic.in, rsvidyapeeth.ac.in and slbsrsv.ac.in  The link to apply for CSSET 2018 is also available here. All the candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the examination. The candidates need to pay a prescribed amount of application fee while submitting the application form.

Application Fee: The application fee for all the candidates is Rs. 1200/- It will be paid only through Online method by using Debit/ Credit card/ Net banking.

To apply for CSSET 2018, candidates must register themselves on the official website as mentioned above. While registering, the applicants have to provide personal information such as name, email ID, mobile number, Date of Birth. After filling all the information, a user ID and password will be generated by the system. It must be noted down by the candidate for the future use. Now to fill the application form, re-enter the user ID and password and fill all the necessary details in the form. All the candidates have to upload a scanned photograph in the prescribed format. The last step is to pay the application fee either through online payment or offline payment.

CSSET 2018 Admit Card

The Identity card/ admit card will be available on April 25, 2018. The candidates need to visit the official website of the official Universities at Sanskrit.nic.in, rsvidyapeeth.ac.in and slbsrsv.ac.in. You have to login into the account by entering the registration number, password and code. Two identity card will be generated on the screen, first will be Student Copy and second will be the Centre Copy. Download it and take a printout of it. After taking a printout, paste a recent passport size photograph on both the copies. Candidates must bring both the copies of the identity card to the examination hall. No student will be allowed to enter the examination center without the valid admit card. Candidates are advised to retain the student copy (identity card) till the admissions.

Examination Pattern

The Combined Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed)  Entrance Test will be divided into two parts. One is Part A and another one is Part B. The test will be of 2 Hours and ½ Hour duration. Two Hours will be given to complete the Part A and Half an Hour to complete Part B.

Selection Procedure

The candidates will be selected on the basis of the performance and marks obtained in the Combined Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed)  Entrance Test. The test will be a written examination in which questions related to the course will be asked to check the knowledge and skills of the candidates. All the eligible candidates have to appear in the entrance examination. If in case, a candidate does not appear in the test then he or she will not be eligible to take admission in the University. The candidates must score at least minimum marks to qualify the examination

During the admission process after the declaration of the result, the choices filled by the candidate of campus/ Vidyapeeth will be taken into consideration. If in case the seats are not vacant or have been filled in the candidate’s desired campus/ Vidyapeeth then the admission may be given in any one of the Campuses/Vidyapeeth’s according to merit.

Evaluation Method and Declaration of Result

The candidates who shall appear in the examination must secure atleast  35% marks separately in proficiency in Sanskrit language and Sanskrit Literature i.e. in First and fourth sections of Part A and also in Sanskrit language writing capability i.e. part B is must. Minimum 20% marks in each remaining sections (Second & third of part A).

Only those candidates passing with requisite marks in all sections of Part A will qualify for evaluation of Part B.

The result will be declared after the successful commencement of the entrance examination. It will be announced on the official website of the Universities. Eligibility Criteria

The University has set the eligibility criteria for the candidates, which has to be fulfilled by them in order to appear in CSSET 2018. The eligible candidates will be able to fill the application form of CSSET 2018. Therefore it is important to read all the eligibility conditions very carefully before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria are as follows:

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must have completed Shastri or B.A. (With Sanskrit) in 10+2+3 Scheme and/or M.A. (Sanskrit) from a recognized University with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates) marks in the qualifying examination.

Age Limit

A candidate applying for CSSET 2018 must have completed the age of 20 as on October 1, 2018. No age relaxation will be permitted.
