SSET 2019 – The admit card for SSET 2019 is available online at rsvpcet.in. The last date to apply for SSET 2019 was March 10, 2019. Application Form

The SSET 2019 application form has been over on the official website. The eligible candidates were able to fill the application form from the official website of this University, i.e, rsvpcet.in . The link to apply for SSET 2019 was also available on this page. All the candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the examination. The candidates need to pay a prescribed amount of application fee while submitting the application form.

Application Fee: 

  • Rs. 1200/- (General/Others/ Unreserved Candidates).
  • Rs. 1000/- (SC/ST/OBC/PwD Candidates ).

To apply for SSET 2019, candidates must register themselves on the official website as mentioned above. While registering, the applicants have to provide personal information such as name, email ID, mobile number, Date of Birth. After filling all the information, a user ID and password will be generated by the system. It must be noted down by the candidate for the future use. Now to fill the application form, re-enter the user ID and password and fill all the necessary details in the form. All the candidates have to upload a scanned photograph in the prescribed format. The last step is to pay the application fee through online payment.

Eligibility Criteria

The University has set the eligibility criteria for the candidates, which has to be fulfilled by them in order to appear in SSET 2019. The eligible candidates will be able to fill the application form of SSET 2019. Therefore it is important to read all the eligibility conditions very carefully before filling the application form. The eligibility criteria are as follows:

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must have completed Shastri or B.A. (With Sanskrit) in 10+2+3 Scheme and/or M.A. (Sanskrit) from a recognized University with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates) marks in the qualifying examination.

Age Limit

A candidate applying for SSET 2019 must have completed the age of 20 as on October 1, 2019. No age relaxation will be permitted.

Examination Pattern

The Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed)  Entrance Test will be divided into two parts. One is Part A and another one is Part B. The test will be of 2 Hours and ½ Hour duration. Two Hours will be given to complete the Part A and Half an Hour to complete Part B.

SSET 2019 Admit Card

The Identity card/ admit card will be released and link for the same will be available on the page accordingly. The candidates need to visit the official website of the official Universities at rsvpcet.in. You have to login into the account by entering the registration number, password and code. Two identity card will be generated on the screen, first will be Student Copy and second will be the Centre Copy. Download it and take a printout of it. After taking a printout, paste a recent passport size photograph on both the copies. Candidates must bring both the copies of the identity card to the examination hall. No student will be allowed to enter the examination center without the valid admit card. Candidates are advised to retain the student copy (identity card) till the admissions.

Evaluation Method and Declaration of Result

The candidates who shall appear in the examination must secure at least 35% marks separately in proficiency in Sanskrit language and Sanskrit Literature i.e. in First and fourth sections of Part A and also in Sanskrit language writing capability i.e. part B is must. Minimum 20% marks in each remaining sections (Second & third of part A).

Only those candidates passing with requisite marks in all sections of Part A will qualify for evaluation of Part B.

The result will be declared after the successful commencement of the entrance examination. It will be announced on the official website of the University. Selection Procedure

The candidates will be selected on the basis of the performance and marks obtained in the Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed)  Entrance Test. The test will be a written examination in which questions related to the course will be asked to check the knowledge and skills of the candidates. All the eligible candidates have to appear in the entrance examination. If in case, a candidate does not appear in the test then he or she will not be eligible to take admission in the University. The candidates must score at least minimum marks to qualify the examination.
