. The DHSGSU Admit cards can be downloaded from the official website www.dhsgsu.ac.in. Follow the steps provided below to download your DHSGSU admit card. Only those students, who have filled the application form and completed all the steps will be able to download the admit card. The candidates must note down all the dates carefully to stay updated. After you have downloaded the admit card for DHSGSU, the candidates must check the venue for the exam centre. The candidates must preserve their DHSGSU admit card 2017 as they will be required to carry the same on the day of the examination.

Admit cards for DHSGSU 2017
All the applicants can download their DHSGSU Admit card 2017 online. Admit cards have been uploaded on the University’s website www.dhsgsu.ac.in. The candidates will not be sent the DHSGSU 2017 Admit card by post. The eligible candidates should be able to check all the details here.
The admit card for DHSGSU 2017 has been published more than one week before the exam that is 21st May 2017.

Steps to download DHSGSU 2017 Admit card:-

- Enter your “Application number”, “Form Number” and “Date of birth”.

What does Admit Card contain?
The downloaded admit card will bear the following information
- Name of the Candidate
- Father’s name
- Roll Number
- Name of the test Centre
- Scanned Photograph of the candidate
- Scanned Signature of the candidate
- Date of birth of the candidate
- Address Details
- Subject and subject code
Important instructions for the candidates
The DHSGSU 2017 Admit Card should be presented to the invigilator at the examination hall for verification. The candidate’s identity will be verified with respect to the details present on the admit card for the record. If the invigilator suspects any doubt regarding the identity of the candidate, he/she may not be allowed to sit in the examination hall/ centre.
The authorities may at their discretion allow or disapprove the candidate to appear for the examination. Only after all the formalities have been completed which include taking of thumb impression, the process will begin. The students must note that there will be no extra time for these formalities to be completed. Any impersonation will lead to disqualification of the candidate from the entire admission process.
The candidates are advised to keep the DHSGSU Admit Card 2017 in their safe custody as it would also be required at the time of counselling. The candidate should carefully examine the Admit Card and all the entries in their admit card. In case there is any discrepancy met by the candidate, the candidate should inform immediately contact the admission cell.
(i) The students must check the Schedule of Tests as available in the admission brochure.
(ii) without the Admit Card, no candidate will be allowed to appear in the Test
(iii) In case of any ambiguity/doubt, the candidates may contact the centre Observer/Centre Superintendent at the test centre itself.
(iv) The final decision shall be taken by the Centre Observer.
(v) In case of any dispute arising in the admissions, only the Civil Court, Sagar or High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur will have jurisdiction to proceed as deemed proper.
Entrance Test Centres for DHSGSU 2017
The university will conduct the UGAT AND PGAT Entrance Test 2017 in 23 centres in different parts of the country.
The list is as follows. The candidates at the time of form filling are given two Test centre preferences among the given centres. However, the university reserves the right to change or allot another centre to a candidate in case any centre is dropped due to the insufficient applicant.
