DHSGSU Answer Key 2019

Answer Key of UG, PG and Ph.D. Entrance Exam 2019 has been published by Dr. Harisingh Gour University after the conduction of entrance examination successfully. Answer keys generally provided by the university to help out the candidates. The university also provides the facility to prove grievance against answer key for the limited period.

DHSGSU Admit Card 2019

The candidate has to download his/her ADMIT CARD Online (www.dhsgsu.ac.in/). Admit Card shall not be sent by post. The downloaded admit card has the relevant information namely, Name of the Candidate, Father‟s name, Roll No., Name of the test Centre, photograph, signature, date of birth, address, subject and subject code(s) for appearing in the Entrance Test.

DHSGSU Entrance Test 2019 Eligibility Criteria

If a candidate has supplementary/ backlog/ATKT in any semesters, during the counselling, they will not be considered eligible for admission. Apart from this, the candidate will also be considered ineligible if the following eligibility criteria of DHSGSU admission 2019 are not fulfilled.

(A) UGET – Minimum Eligibility Requirements

B.A./B.Com./B.B.A.(Hons.)/B.Sc./B.C.A./ B.A.-B.Ed. & B.Sc.-B.Ed. Integrated/ Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA): Candidate must have passed 10+2/equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution. The minimum marks in the qualifying exam must be less than 45%. For candidates of SC/ST/PwD category, the required minimum marks 40%

The upper age limit is 22 years for UR and OBC candidates but for SC/ST candidates it is 27 years, as on July 01, 2019.

B.Pharm.: Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination passed with minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST/PwD) marks or equivalent CGPA or equivalent Grade with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology.

The minimum age limit shall be 17 years on or before 30th June 2019. Age should not be more than 22 years in case of Unreserved (UR) / OBC Category and 27 years in case of applicants of SC, ST and PWD categories as on 1st July 2019.

B.A.LL.B. (Hon) (10 Semesters/5 Years): Candidates must have qualified 10+2 from a recognized regular school. The minimum qualifying marks should be 45% equivalent in grade but for the SC/ST/PwD candidates, it is 40%.

No age restriction.

LL.B. (6 Semesters/3 Years): For admission in these courses, the candidates should have qualified the 10+2+3/equivalent examination. It should have been passed from a recognized institute. The minimum marks in the qualifying exam must be less than 45%. For candidates of SC/ST/PwD category, the required minimum marks 40%

No age restriction

B.J. (2 Semesters/1Year):  Candidates seeking admission, in this program, must have passed the 10+2+3/equivalent examination from a recognized University or Institution. Candidates must secure at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).

The maximum age limit is 30 years for candidates belonging to UR/OBC Category and 35 years for the SC/ST/PwD candidates as on July 01, 2019.

B.Lib.I.Sc: An eligible candidate, for this course, must have qualified 10+2+3 and should have secure at least 50% marks in it. For SC/ST/PwD the minimum mark is 45%.

The maximum age limit is 30 years for candidates belonging to UR/OBC Category and 35 years for the SC/ST/PwD candidates as on July 01, 2019.

(B) PGET – Minimum Eligibility Requirements

M.Sc/M.A./M.Com./M.B.A./M.J./MSW/M. Performing Arts (Theatre Arts): Candidates must have passed 10+2+3 and should have secured 45% marks it. The minimum marks for SC/ST candidates is 40%. However, the qualifying exam should have been passed from a recognized institute.

The maximum age of the candidate should not be more than 27 years (32 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates), as on July 01, 2019.

For M.J, the maximum age limit will be 35 years for Unreserved Category and OBC. For SC/ ST/PwD it is 40 years.

M.Tech. (Appl. Geology): During graduation, one of the major subjects should have been Geology. The aggregate CGPA of the candidate should be at least 45%. (40% for SC/ST/PwD candidates)

The maximum age of the candidate should not be more than 27 years (32 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates), as on July 01, 2019

M. Pharm: Under DHSGSU Admission 2019, for this course, the candidate must have been graduated from B.Pharm, with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD). The candidates should also possess a valid GATE/GPAT scorecard.

The maximum age of the candidate should not be more than 27 years (32 years for SC/ST/PwD candidates), as on July 01, 2019

M.C.A: Graduation in any subject will be acceptable but candidates must have had Mathematics in 10+2. The minimum marks in graduation should be more than 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).

The maximum age of the candidate should not be more than 27 years (32 years for SC/ST/PC candidates/PwD), as on July 01, 2019

LL.M: It is mandatory for the candidates to pass LL.B. 3 years after graduation under 10+2+3 pattern or the candidates should have passed five-year LL.B under 10+2+5 pattern. The required minimum marks are 50% but for SC/ST/PwD category candidates it is 45%.

Maximum age limit is 35 years but it is 40 years for candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories. The age will be calculated as on July 01, 2019.

M. Ed: Should have graduated with 50% marks in B.Ed./B.A.-B.Ed./B.Sc. B.- Ed/B.El.Ed./D.El.Ed. To SC/ST/PwD, relaxation of 5% will be given on the marks.

Maximum age limit is 35 years but it is 40 years for candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories. The age will be calculated as on July 01, 2019.

M.Lib.I.Sc: Candidate should have graduated in B.Lib.I.Sc, with 50% marks. SC/ST candidates with more 45% mark, in B.Lib.I.Sc, are eligible.

Maximum age limit is 35 years but it is 40 years for candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwD categories. The age will be calculated as on July 01, 2019.

DHSGHU Application Form

Application form to take admission in various Under Graduate, Post Graduate and Ph.D. courses at Dr. Harisingh Gour Central University, Sagar, MP has been released. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website. Candidates must ensure their eligibility before filling the application form. The Application form must be submitted on or before its last date.

How to Apply for DHSGSU Entrance Test 2019

The application forms are only available on the official website dhsgu.mponline.gov.in. The candidates can fill and submit the form by following the process below:

  • Access the official website or you can simply click on “Application Form”.
  • Click on Online Admission Form
  • Fill the details carefully
  • Check All the particulars carefully then submit the form
  • Pay the Entrance exam Fee.
  • Print the receipt of payment form filling Application Number and Date of Birth

Fee for UGET & PGET:

  • General/OBC/PC – Rs. 800/-
  • SC and ST – Rs. 400/-

Note: If a candidate applies for more than one programme/code (UGET & PGET) then the fee for each additional programme will be Rs. 400 for Unreserved/OBC, PC candidates and Rs. 200 for SC and ST candidates.

Fee for PHDET:

  • General/OBC/PC – Rs. 1000/-
  • SC and ST – Rs. 500/-

Note: If a candidate applies for more than one programme/code (PHDET) then the fee for each additional programme will be Rs. 500 for Unreserved/OBC, PWD candidates and Rs. 250 for SC and ST candidates.

Type of Questions: Multiple-Choice Questions based on 10+2 or equivalent as per CBSE syllabus
Total Marks: 200

There will be common tests for some courses in UGET such as code 120 (B.Com./BBA) and 140 (B.Sc./B.C.A.).

  • For PGET:

Duration: 120 Min (2 hrs)
No of questions: 100
Type of Questions: Multiple-Choice Questions based on 10+2+3 or equivalent.
Total Marks: 200

  • For PHDET:

Total Marks: 70
Type of Questions: MCQs
No of Questions: 100 (Part A with 50 MCQs of 0.7 Marks each related to Research Methodology and Part B with 50 MCQs of 0.7 Marks each related to the concerned subject)

The candidates who are exempted from the entrance test will be called for interview which is of 100 marks and is mandatory.

Entrance Test Centers

The University will conduct Entrance Test, 2019 at 24 centres in different parts of the country, (the list is given below). The candidates have to give two Test centre preferences among the given centres. The University reserves the right to change or allot another centre to the candidate in case any centre is dropped due to insufficient applicants (less than 50) or for any other reason.
