Documents Required for NEET Application Form 2022: NEET Application Forms are released by NTA in online mode. No offline forms for NEET examination is released. During the online form filling process a candidate ahs to upload certain documents, and provided details about about certain others. In order to minimize the inconvenience of getting up midway and then searching for a particular document, we have provident a comprehensive list of all the documents that a students must read (are arrange for the said documents) before filling the form.

Documents Required for NEET 2022 Application Form

The documents needed to be kept at hand while filling the form are listed below.

• PDF of Class 10th certificate (for Uploading)
• 10th Mark sheet (for filling out details)
• Class 12th Mark sheet ( for details, if already passed class XII)
• Postcard photo ( for uploading)
• Passport Size photo (for uploading)
• Left and Right hand finger and thumb impression ( For uploading)
• PDF of category certification (if seeking reservation)
• PDF of PwBD certificate, if applicable.
• PDF of Citizenship Certificate/ Embassy Certificate or any Documentary proof of Citizenship certificate in PDF (for foreigners)
• Details of ANY ONE of the following document

Document Upload Specifications for NEET 2022 Application Form

As seen above, certain documents are required to be uploaded while filli g the form. Their list is given below.

Guidelines for Uploading Passport and Postcard Sized Photographs

• The photographs must be taken on or after 01.01.2022 preferably indicating clearly the name of the candidate along with the date of taking the photograph.
• Photographs should not be with cap or goggles.
• The focus needs to be on the face (80% face overage, ears clearly visible, white background)
• Spectacles are allowed only if being used regularly.
• Polaroid and Computer-generated photos are not acceptable.
• Candidates are advised to keep 6 to 8 passport size and 4 to 6 Post Card size (4”X6”) colour photographs with white backgrounds.

Guidelines for Uploading Signature

The candidate should put his full signature in running handwriting [not in the capital letter] on white paper with a Black Ink pen and scan for uploading.

How To Fill The NEET 2022 Application Form?

The application form is released on the official website of NEET – neet.nta.nic.in. The candidate has to register first before filling in the form, then enter the required details, upload the documents (list above), and then pay the required fee.

Q3. Specification for signature to be uploaded in NEET 2022 Application Form?

Ans. The specification is:
