Delhi University introduced a new programme, Five Year Integrated Program in Journalism in two languages, English and Hindi at the newly established ‘Delhi School of Journalism.’ In the Five Year Integrated Program, students will have an option to exit after three years and they will be awarded a Degree of Bachelor of Journalism (BJ). The students completing the two years postgraduate course will be awarded the Degree of Master of Journalism (MJ). Delhi University Journalism Entrance Exam 2019
Interested aspirants will be able to apply for Delhi University Journalism Admission 2019 by registering online at the DU’s admission portal. Fill in the required details in the online application, upload necessary documents, make payment for the application fee and submit the application form before the last date. The Admit card for the entrance test will be available for download at the candidate’s login. Students who want to appear for the entrance test should bring the hard copy of the admit card and a valid photo id proof at the examination center. After the exam is conducted, the rank list of the selected candidates will be uploaded online.

For B.A. (Hons.) Journalism – An aggregate of 45% marks and must have passed the English language in qualifying examination and for Five Year Integrated Course in Journalism – An aggregate of 50% marks in the qualifying examination determined on the basis of all five subjects offered in the qualifying examination

- The application form for DU Journalism Admission 2019 is to be filled and submitted through online mode.
- Aspirants need to register first by providing basic details such as Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password.
- After the registration is done, proceed to fill in other required details in the online application, such as Personal Details, Academic Details, Contact Details, etc.
- Upload scanned passport size photograph, signature and other relevant documents as per the format.

- Next, make payment for the online application via Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
- It is advised to applicants to keep a printed copy of the submitted application form for future reference.
The Admit card for DU Journalism Entrance Exam 2019 can be downloaded by entering the Email Id and password at the admission portal of DU. It is mandatory for candidates to bring the admit card at the examination center. Along with the admit card, candidates need to bring a valid photo id proof. without showing these documents, candidates will not be allowed inside the examination center.
The entrance test will examine the candidate’s proficiency in General Knowledge and Current Affairs, and Analytical and Comprehension Skills. The entrance test will be designed with the comparable standard of competitive exams at the national level for Class XII students.

The entrance test will examine the candidate’s proficiency in General Knowledge and Current Affairs, and Analytical and Comprehension Skills. The entrance test will be designed with the comparable standard of competitive exams at the national level for Class XII students. The Entrance Test will be an MCQ of total 400 marks having 100 questions of 4 marks each. There will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer
The DU will upload the rank list of the selected candidates for DU Journalism Admission 2019. The rank list will be available in pdf format which will consist of the name of the applicant, roll number, marks obtained and rank secured in the online entrance test.
Allotment of colleges to the applicants shall be based on the rank secured/obtained in the entrance examination by the applicant and her order of preference of college subject to the availability of seats in that particular college. The seats available in each college in each category shall be allotted to the applicants in order of their ranks till all seats in the particular college are exhausted.
