GATE 2020 ECE Exam Analysis
As per the reviews of the students, the paper was easy to moderate but lengthy. The 2 marks questions in the exam were tricky and time taking.
The difficulty level of the paper: The question paper was easy to moderate.
Major subjects: The major topics from which questions were asked were – analog, EDC, and control system.
Number of NATs – There were 11 NTA questions of 1 marks and 12 NAT questions of 2 marks in the ECE exam.
Other topics: Other than the major topics, the questions were also asked from:
Random variable, transmission lines, probability, vector, pole zero, recombination rate, smith chart, etc.
