Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national level exam which is conducted once a year. It is conducted to shortlist candidates for admission in master’s and doctoral programs in engineering / technology / architecture and in the relevant branches of science. As per the press release by IIT Delhi, about 8.6 lakh students have applied for GATE 2020. The entrance exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 01, 02, 08, and 09, 2020. After the exam is over, the selected candidates can applyf or either admission in IIT / other colleges or can apply for PSU recruitment. The result for GATE 2020 will be declared on March 16, 2020.
