The application form for HITSEEE 2019 is available on the official website of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science. The online registration has started from December 05, 2018 and it will close on March 18, 2019. HITS conducts the HITSEEE for the admission in various B.Tech courses. It is mandatory for the appearing candidates to firstly register themselves online for the test else they will not be eligible to sit in the examination hall. After the successful submission of HITSEEE 2019 Application Form, candidates can able to download their admit card. HITSEEE 2019 Application Form
Candidates need to fill the application form to appear in the examination. Do check the eligibility criteria before applying for the test. The registration can be done on the official website of HITS i.e. http://www.hindustanuniv.ac.in. HITSEEE application form requires personal and qualification details of the candidate which have to be filled correctly. In case, if any candidate found with incorrect information then his/her candidature will be forfeited.

How to fill the HITSEEE 2019 application form?
As per the information brochure of the admissions, the application forms were available in both offline and online mode. The candidates have to follow the steps given below to fill the form from offline and online modes.
Through Online Mode
Step 1 – Candidates need to fill their personal information accurately and then accept the terms and conditions to proceed further. Click on the Submit and Continue button for the next page. After submitting the details, a link will be sent on your e-mail to verify it. Step 2 – The next step would be to fill the important details which have been asked on the form correctly.
- Personal details – Name of the parent/guardian, place of birth, nationality, religion, caste, mother tongue, gender, permanent address, country, state.
- Education Details – Details of class 10th and class 12th like the name of the institution studied, the board of examination, medium of instructions, the registration number of class 10 and 12, month and year of passing.
- Other Details – Select the two test cities center in which you desire to appear as per your convenience.
Step 3 – After clicking on the Submit button, candidates are required to upload the scanned JPG files of their passport size photo and signature.

Step 4 – Now preview your application form once before proceeding further to check if you haven’t done any mistake. If any correction has to be made then you can go back to do the necessary changes.
Step 5 – The final Step would be ‘MAKE PAYMENT’. Candidates can pay the asked amount through Credit/Debit Card.
Step 6 – As the online registration will complete, the provisional registration slip will appear on your tour screen. Download the slip for future references.
Through Offline Mode
Step 1 – Download the application form from the official website.
Step 2 – Fill the application form correctly as per the instructions and details required to appear in the test.
Step 3 – Affix a passport size photograph with a white background on the particular space. Ensure that candidate’s name and date on which the photograph has been clicked must be mentioned in the photo.
Step 4 – Signature of candidate and parents are mandatory for the offline submission.
Step 5 – After filling all the details, submit the application form via post on the address given by the Institute.
Documents to be submitted along with the application form
The following documents have to be submitted by the candidate along with the application form if he/she is registering through offline mode.
- Demand Draft of the application fees
- Photocopies of certificates and mark sheets of the qualifying examination.
- 3 recent coloured passport size photographs with white background (name and date of taking the photograph should be printed on the photo)
