IGDTUW Counselling 2021- Counselling will be conducted by Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women for admission to B.Tech, B.Arch, M.Tech, MCA, Ph.D.. For MBA courses, CMAC is responsible for conducting the counselling. IGDTUW Counselling 2021 schedule will be announced for the admission in various UG & PG courses. The admission in B.Arch and B.Tech programme will be through Joint Admission Counseling (JAC) – 2021 jointly for DTU, NSTU, IGDTUW, and IIITD. IGDTUW Counselling 2021 Counselling Procedure
Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women will conduct the counselling of the various UG and PG programs. All the details and notices regarding the IGDTUW Counselling will be displayed on the official website of the IGDTUW. Candidates are advised to check the official website for the regular updates. According to the last year information, the institute will conduct the Special Spot round counselling for the various courses. Interested female candidates will attend this Special Spot round counselling along with the admission form which will be downloaded from the official website that is igdtuw.ac.in.
Candidates should be noted that all the relevant documents will be carried to the counselling center otherwise the consequences of this may lead to cancellation of the admission. All the detailed information regarding the counselling will be available on the official website only. The conducting body will also releases the final merit list of the selected candidates in the various courses.
Documents Required for IGDTUW Counselling 2021
Documents to be produced at the time of counselling, for admission to M.Tech (Full Time/Part Time) Programmes.
- Demand Draft of FEE in favour of “REGISTRAR, IGDTUW STUDENT FEE S/B ACCOUNT” payable at Delhi/New Delhi.
- Printout of application form duly signed by the candidate along with a passport size photograph
- Receipt of an application fee paid by the candidate and its photocopy
- Original & Self attested copy of Identity Proof(Passport / Aadhar card / Driving license/Voter ID/ PAN card)
- Original and self-attested copy of GATE Score card / NET scorecard (whichever is applicable).
- Original and self-attested copy of both Mark sheet and Degree of the qualifying examination. In case, the candidate is appearing in the qualifying degree, she should bring original and self-attested copy of the pre-final year/semester (whichever applicable).
- Original and self-attested copy of class 10th certificate/ Mark-sheet in support of Date of Birth.
- Proof of CGPA/FGPA conversion to Percentage (if applicable).
- Original and self-attested copy of Caste/ Category certificate (for the reserved categories only) issued by one of the following authorities of competent jurisdiction:
- District Magistrate/ Additional District Magistrate/ Deputy Collector/ 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate/ Commissioner City Magistrate (not below the rank of 1st class stipendiary Magistrate)/ Executive Magistrate/ Extra Assistant.
- Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Presidency Magistrate.
- Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.
- Administrator/ Secretary to Administration/ Development Officer. (Lakshadweep and Minicoy Islands)
- Certificates at Annexure for Physically Challenged (PH) Candidates: A candidate seeking admission under the physically challenged (PH) category is required to bring original and photocopy of the certificate of Physical Disability issued by Chief Medical Officer of a district/ civil surgeon or any Government Hospital authorized to issue such certificates under the provisions of PWD Act 1995.
- Three self-attested copies of latest passport size colour photographs.
- In case of Part-Time M.Tech Applicants NOC from the current employer
- Affidavit (In case of change of name after marriage).
Documents required at the Time of Admission for MCA program
All candidates must bring a set of self-attested photocopies of the following documents along with all originals at the time of reporting/counseling as per counseling schedule:
- Printout of application form duly signed by the candidate
- Receipt of an application fee paid by the candidate and its photocopy
- Original & Self-attested copy of Identity Proof(Passport/Aadhar card/Driving license/Voter ID/ PAN card)

- Three passport size recent color photograph
- Downloaded self-attested Printout of the Admit Card & Score Card of NIMCET.
- The original and self-attested copy of marks sheet of the qualifying examination i.e. from Class XII, Graduation etc.
- The original and self-attested copy of Date of the Birth certificate as indicated in High School or equivalent examination i.e. Class X
- The original certificate and self-attested copy for the reserved category, if other than the General Category. For candidates belonging to OBC – Non-Creamy Layer will be required to submit the Certificate issued after June 2015.
- Medical fitness certificate original in case of General/SC/ST/DP/OBC/PH.
- Character Certificate in original issued by Principal/HOD/Dean/Director of the last attended Institution or from a Gazetted Officer not less than six months earlier.
- Undertaking for anti ragging as per the format from self and parent as per the direction of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
- For Defence Category(CW) following priority will be used for admission (As per annexure ):
- Priority I – Widows/wards of Defence Personnel/Para-Military Personnel killed in action. Required Certificate: Proof in Original.
- Priority II – Wards of serving Defence personnel and ex-servicemen/Para-Military Personnel disabled in action. Required Certificate: Original disability certificate clearly indicating the disability is attributable to Military Services.
- Priority III – Widows/wards of Defence Personnel/Para-Military Personnel who died in peace time with death attributable to Military Service. Required Certificate: Original death certificate clearly indicating the cause of death is attributable to Military Services.
- Priority IV – Wards of Defence Personnel/Para-Military Personnel disabled in peace time with disability attributable to Military Service. Required Certificate: Original disability certificate clearly indicating the disability is attributable to Military Services.
- Priority V – Wards of serving Defence Personnel and ex-servicemen para-Military / police personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Awards.
- Priority VI – Wards of Defence Ex-servicemen. Required Certificate: Original exservicemen Identity Card/discharge book/PPO (Pension Payment Order).
- Priority VII – Wards of Serving Defence personnel. Required Certificate: Original Service Identity Card and Dependent Card/ Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
- A certificate from the Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Physically Handicapped Karkardooma, Vikas Marg, Delhi-110092 is to be produced at the time of counseling/admission, which will certify that the applicant is fit for undergoing the said course. No certificate other than this shall be allowed for availing seat under ‘PH’ Category
