Application Form

The ITM University has invited the application form of eligible candidates. Candidates will be required to apply for ITM NEST on the official website of the University or the direct link is given on the application form page in the quick link section. The application form can be filled online as well as offline. Candidates are advised to fill application.

The Application Form for the Entrance Test (ITM NEST) can be obtained against a cash payment of Rs.1000/- from the Counseling Cell, ITM University Gwalior or by sending a Demand Draft for Rs.1000/- drawn in favor of ‘ITM University’, payable at Gwalior, with a covering letter addressed to “Chairman, Admission Board”, ITM University Gwalior, requesting for the Application Form and indicating their complete postal address. On receipt of the DD, the application form will be sent by post. Candidates should write their name, Mobile Number and address on the reverse side of the DD

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to read eligiblity carefully before filling up the form.The eligibility criteria for applying are given below.

B.Tech/B.Tech. Hons. Lateral entry (all the above branches)

3 Years Diploma in any branch of Engg. with atleast 50% marks from an institute recognised by State Technical University. or (B) B.Sc. with atleast 50% marks from any central/state university, with physics and mathematics at an intermediate level (except for biotech engg.) wherein intermediate with physics, chemistry, math/biology/computer science are also eligible.

Admit Card

ITM NEST admit cards will be available at the official website for download. The admit card will have the student’s name, roll number, test centre details, etc. Aspirants are required to preserve ITM NEST hall ticket till the admission process is over.

ITM NEST 2018 results will be declared on the official website of the University. Admission Process

Admission is done through ITM NEST and JEE /PRE MCA /PAT /NATA /GATE /CMAT /

Written tests, Interviews and Group discussion will be conducted for PG / PhD courses (as applicable) and will be considered for admissions with due consideration to academic record and work experience.
