Jain University Counselling 2020-2021
Candidates can check their JET Result to know the qualification status. The allotment of course/branch is based on the candidate’s performance in JET 2020-2021 and the preferences indicated in the application form. Counselling: Candidates can check the counselling schedule at jainuniversity.ac.in.
Jain University Counselling Process 2020-2021
The counselling is conducted via Online and Offline mode. All the candidates have to block the seat within the specified deadline. If they fails to do that, they become ineligible for the admission. The candidates who get selected in the Counselling are given an allotment letter to make the provisional admission.
Note:
- The seats are confirmed to the candidates through first come first serve basis.
- The counselling process has to be completed within 30 days after the declaration of the result. Candidates who have the the provisional admission letter and an aggregate percentage of 60 and above are eligible for final admission process. For completion of admission process candidates have to submit the required documents to the Admission office.
Jain University Online Counselling 2020-2021
The Online counselling is conducted via Skype. All the candidates who live outside Karnataka can appear via online mode. Candidates have to follow the steps below if they appear for the Online Counselling:
- Login to Skype
- Use the Login ID: JET 2020
- Give a call to the counselor by using the Skype ID – JET 2020.
Jain University Offline Counselling 2020-2021
All the candidates who live in Karnataka have to appear for the Offline counselling. Candidates have to follow the steps below for Offline counselling:
- Visit the counselling venue (as specified)
- Register yourself at the reception.
- Go to the allotted counselling room.
Documents Required for JET Counselling 2020-2021
Candidates have to carry the following documents to the counselling:
- JET 2020 Hall Ticket/ Admit Card
- Downloaded JET 2020 Application Form duly signed by the Candidate/ Parent.
- 10th class Marks sheet
- 12th class Marks sheet
- Mark Statement of all the semesters / year of their bachelor’s degree. Candidates who are pursuing their final semester / year need to submit mark Statements up to the preceding semester / year (for PG candidates)
- 2 recent passport and stamp size photographs in formal dress (Standard Indian Passport size and name of the applicant(s) and the application number to be written on the back side of the photographs)
If the candidate gets selected then he/ she have to submit the following documents to their respective campus before the last date:
For UG Candidates:
- 10th Marks sheet
- 12th Mark Sheet
- Transfer Certificate from last institution studied (qualifying examination)-Mandatory
- Migration Certificate (Mandatory)
- Copy of Aadhaar Card
- Copy of Passport and Visa (if available) for international applicant(s)
- 5 recent passport and 5 stamp size photographs in formal dress (Standard Indian Passport size)
For PG Candidates:
- 10th Marks sheet
- 12th Mark Sheet
- Mark Statement of all the semesters / year of their bachelor’s degree. Applicant(s) who are pursuing their final semester / year need to submit mark Statements up to the preceding semester / year
- Provisional Degree Certificate, if Candidate has completed / graduated in or before November 2019
- Degree Certificate (Convocation Certificate), if candidate has graduated in or before June 2019
- Migration Certificate (Mandatory)
- Copy of Aadhaar Card
- Copy of Passport and Visa (if available) for international applicant(s)
- 5 recent passport and 5 stamp size photographs in formal dress (Standard Indian Passport size)
