JAKBOPEE MD / MS / PG Diploma Admission 2017 will be based on scores of NEET PG 2017. Candidates who want to take admission in MD/MS/PG Diploma course in J&K can submit their bio-data and documents/Certificates etc.
JAKBOPEE MD/MS/PG Diploma Application Form / Check List 2017
The candidates who have appeared in the examination and belong to different categories having scored the minimum qualifying marks as notified by the NBE are hereby advised to fill in their biodata on format captioned “Check list” given below and also available in the BOPEE office, Srinagar/Jammu from 02 Feb 2017 to 10 Feb 2017.
Documents to be attached with “Check List”
Candidates need to deposit self attested photostat copies of the following documents in the BOPEE office at Srinagar/Jammu.
- Matriculation Certificate
- MBBS Degree certificate
- Internship completion certificate
- MBBS Marks cards
- NEET Result card (wherever applicable)
- State Subject Certificate
- MCI/ DCI/State Medical/ Dental Counsel Registration Certificate
- Category certificate (wherever applicable)
- Candidates passed MBBS Degree outside country enclose MCI clearance certificate.
- NOC for seeking admission in PG/PG Diploma Courses from the competent authority in case of in-service candidates.
- MCI clearance certificate in respect of candidates who have passed MBBS from outside the Country.
The candidates belonging to reserved categories viz Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, RBA, ALC, OSC, who have qualified the examination, shall in addition to the above, also deposit their category certificate issued before the last date of submission of on-line application forms for NEET 2017 viz 30-10-2016. However, in case of candidates whose validity of the certificate had expired on the cut of date, but have renewed the same upto last date of submission of documents shall be eligible;
Those reserved category candidates belonging to RBA, ALC, OSC who have appeared in the NEET examination other than those who have secured minimum qualifying marks or more, as notified by the NBE, may also deposit their category certificates in the BOPEE office on similar lines along with other documents to meet shortfall, if sufficient candidates from these categories by order of merit, subject to minimum qualifying marks fixed by the NBE, are not available. In any case the reserved category candidates who have secured less than 40% qualifying marks/percentile shall not be considered;
The children of Defence Personnel, Para-military forces and State Police Personnel, who have appeared in the NEET-2017 shall, in addition to para 1 be required to deposit their relevant certificates to be issued by the competent authority on the prescribed proforma as per SRO 294 of 2005 and as notified by the BOPEE (copy of the proforma can be obtained from BOPEEs office at Srinagar/Jammu);
Similarly, the candidates possessing outstanding performance in sports (Sport Category) shall, in addition to para 1 be required to present their documents before the Secretary, Sports Council, notified earlier and the list submitted by Secretary, Sports Council to be received by the BOPEE office, shall only be entertained;
The candidates belonging to difficult areas/remote/rural service shall be required to submit the certificates with full details from the designated competent authority of the Health & Medical Education Department, indicating all the relevant details;
The candidates who have qualified the NEET 2017 shall be required to have completed the internship period on the date of submission of preference of seats/colleges for counseling and those not in possession of the same shall not be considered;
