The sequence for the release of JIPMER DM/MCh 2020 result is as follows:

The candidates who qualify the cutoff percentile as decided by JIPMER are included in the selection list. The selection list is released in PDF format and has the list of the candidates selected under general category and sponsored category. JIPMER DM/MCh 2020 – 2021 Counselling Process
The candidates who are shortlisted for admission have to follow the process below:
First, report at the venue: Check the notice of the result and at the mentioned date and time visit the counselling venue
Second, biometric verification of the candidates is done: This who fail this, are not allowed to attain the verification.
Third, verification of the following certificates are done:
- Original Hall Ticket with Seal marked by Exam Venue Invigilator on the day of examination.
- Rank Letter
- Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or X Std. Certificate).
- MBBS Degree Certificate
- MD/MS/DNB Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate.
- Character and Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institute last studied.
- Residence Certificate issued by Revenue Authority not below the rank of Tahsildar
- OCI Registration Certificate issued by the Competent Authority ( If applicable).
- Transfer Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied.
- Migration Certificate from the University last studied.
- Permanent Medical Registration Certificate from Medical Council of India (or State Medical Council)
- Registration of Additional Medical qualification with M.C.I
- Service candidate should produce NOC / Relieving Order and a certificate granting study leave with or without pay as the case may be (If applicable)
- Four Passport size colour photographs identical with the photograph uploaded in the application.
Carry 2 sets of these documents. One should be the original copy and the other must be self attested photocopies. Also, the original certificates are retained in the academic section and returned only after the candidate completes the course or is relieved mid-way for any reason.
Fourth, pay the admission fee: On the same day if seat is accepted, camdidates have to pay the admission fee or else the option to withdraw admission is also available.
If a candidate is withdrawing their seat before issue of the admission order/before joining, a penalty of Rs. 50,000/- is imposed and admission fees paid is not be refunded.
Fifth, collect admission order: To finalise the admission process, the candidates have to collect the admission order from JIPMER.

About JIPMER DM/MCh 2020 – 2021 entrance exam
To take admission in the course of JIPMER DM/MCh 2020 candidates have to appear for the online entrance test. There are 14 DM and 7 M.Ch. courses available in JIPMER.
