Karnataka Diploma CET 2020 – Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has extended the last date for submission of the application form to 09 Jul 2020 till 6:00 pm. The KEA DCET 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on August 9, 2020. To apply for Karnataka Diploma CET 2020, the online application form is available until June 30, 2020, at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Karnataka DCET 2020 Application Form
Application Form for Karnataka DCET 2020 will release in online mode. Candidates can fill the application form through kea.kar.nic.in.

Karnataka DCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
It is important for candidates to check the eligibility criteria before filling out the application form. Candidates can check below the eligibility criteria to appear for Karnataka DCET 2020.
For B.E courses (Day shift)/ For B.E courses (Evening shift) – Candidate should have scored a minimum aggregate of 45% in all the subjects opted in the final year of the diploma. For SC/ST candidates its 40%.
- Candidate should have at least 2 years of work experience in any reputed private or government organization.
For Architecture Courses – Candidates who want to apply for architecture course should have a NATA score with a minimum marks of 40%. A minimum aggregate of 50% should have been scored in the final year of diploma in all the subjects taken. For SC/ST minimum aggregate is 45%.

Kannada Language Test for DCET 2020
Candidates who want to take admission through the seats reserved for Horanadu & Gadinadu Kannadiga and whose mother tongue is Kannada, Tulu or Kodava. A language test will be conducted to check their writing, speaking and reading ability of Kannada language. A candidate has to score a minimum of 12 marks out of 50 in order to be considered for rank assignment.
Karnataka DCET 2020 Admit Card
Admit Card for Karnataka Diploma CET 2020 is available online at the official website kea.kar.nic.in. It is released after the successful completion of the application form. Candidates who fill the application form on time and pay the application fee are eligible to download the admit card.
Candidates must preserve the admit card till the admission in College or Institution. The relevant photocopy of the original documents of the parents in support of their claim such as marks cards, study certificates, etc., along with the DCET admission ticket should be produced on the day of Kannada Language Test.

Karnataka DCET 2020 Answer Key
After the completion of the common entrance test, the provisional answer key is published on the KEA official website. The answer key has the correct answer to all the questions asked in the exam. Using it candidates can calculate the probable score in the test even before the result is out.
The candidates / parents / lecturers can file their objections, if any, addressed to the “Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore” with regard to any of the published Answer Key, along with all supporting documents / justification. Objections received from the candidates without justification shall not be considered. The objections received by KEA is placed before an Expert Committee, whose decision is final for determination of the right answer key. The final answer key is used for evaluation of the result
Karnataka DCET 2020 Result
The merit list of diploma holders for Day and Evening College B.E/B.Tech Courses will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the final year examination or fifth and sixth semesters examination leading to diploma in the relevant branch of Engineering (Internal assessment marks will be considered for determination of merit in case of semester students, where internal assessment marks are counted for declaring the diploma result) and marks obtained in the Diploma CET–2020 taken in equal proportions.
In the case of Architecture Course, the merit will be determined on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying examination in all subjects and the valid NATA score taken in equal proportions.
