KEAM Application Form is released in online mode, on cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility condition for respective courses before applying for KEAM. The online application form of KEAM release in the 1st week of February. The upcoming KEAM is due to be held on April 22 and 23, 2019. In the KEAM Application Form, candidates need to provide valid details in it, upload necessary images as per the specification, make payment for the application fee and submit it before the due date. KEAM Application Form

Candidates who have already submitted the application to the Commissioner for Entrance examinations under KEAM for any of the courses such as Engineering / Architecture / Pharmacy / Medical & Allied courses should not submit fresh applications for admission to Architecture/Medical & Allied courses. Such candidates can add the required course(s) in the already submitted application as per their eligibility through the link ‘KEAM-Candidate Portal’. KEAM Application Fees

As per last year’s information, it is expected that the aspirants shall have to pay the following amount for submitting the KEAM Application Form.

Mode of Payment:  The applicants shall have to pay the following amount by Online Payment (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking) or E-challan.

Who are Exempted from paying the Application Fee?

The candidates who belong to the ST category shall be exempted from paying the Application Fee.

Note: Candidates choosing ‘Dubai’ as Examination Centre will have to remit an additional fee of Rs. 12,000/- by way of online payment. The additional fee can also be remitted by way of e-challan if payment is made in India

Pre-Requisite for KEAM Application Form

Now, before the candidates proceed to register for KEAM exam, it is suggested that you should keep the following list of documents ready.

Images to Keep Ready 

In the KEAM Application Form, the aspirants need to upload the following images. Hence, you must be ready with it.

  • Candidate’s passport size photograph in JPEG format
  • Candidate’s signature in JPEG format
  • Candidate’s Left-hand Thumb Impression in JPEG format

Email ID and Mobile Number  

For KEAM registration, the aspirants will have to provide their Email ID and Mobile Number. The students should enter their own email id and mobile number, as the exam conducting body will communicate candidate through SMS or email only. If a student does not have an email id, a new email id must be created before applying online. In case if a candidate does not has a personal phone, he/she can provide their parent’s mobile number.

Certificates Required in KEAM Online Application 

It is advised that the candidates should keep the following list of documents ready with themselves as it will help to fill in correct information in KEAM Application Form:

  • Birth Certificate/SSLC/Passport
  • Income Certificate
  • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate, if applicable
  • Certificate for Special Reservation, if applicable

How to Fill in details in KEAM Application Form?

Applying for KEAM is 6 step process. It is important that candidates should complete all the steps along with sending the signed printout of the online submitted application along with the necessary certificates and documents. Candidates will first need to register online, then upload images before filling in details in the online application form and after it, make payment for the application form. The application process for KEAM will be incomplete, till the candidates send the print out of the duly completed application form to the office of the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations.

Step 1: Registration

Candidates will first need to register for the entrance test. It is a one-time process. Once registration is over, candidates will get an Application Number. Aspirants will be able to login to the account to fill in details in the application form or to download the admit card through the Application Number and Password created by them at the time of registration.

Step 2: Upload Images

Before filling in details in the online application form, aspirants need to upload their recent passport size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression. The images must be in .jpeg format and as per the specifications.

Step 3: Fill in details in the Online Application Form

Aspirant needs to provide all the basic information, such as Personal details, Educational Details, Communication details, etc in the online application form. When the application is complete, click on ‘Final Submission’ button.

Step 4: Payment of Application fees

Applicants can make payment for the application fee either through the following:

  1. Online Payment (credit card/debit card/Internet Banking)
  2. E-challan

Step 5: Print the Application Form

After making payment of the Application Fee, the candidate should take a printout of the online submitted application. Along with the application, applicants should also download Course Certificate and Nativity Certificate provided in the application.

Step 6: Send the Printout of application and supporting documents

Affix a photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm) the same as uploaded on the online application duly attested by the Head of the Institution which the candidate studied last or by a Gazetted Officer. Send the printout of the application and supporting documents/certificates to official address. The procedure of online submission of application is over only with this step documents. It is advisable for candidates to keep a copy of the print out of the application form for future references.
